KFC in Hammersmith and Fulham

Just bought 12 hot wings and 3 fries (26/03/22) evening and when I got home surprise, only 7 hot wings?!?!?! How is possible this? Can’t be mistake , I don’t think he didn’t know to count, definitely is a steal, when I returned they asked me about receipt, how can help the receipt??? The manager is out of this world, careful people, check the bags to see if they put everything

Tried one last time again. Restaurant is dated and dirty. Litter bins full. Staff obviously unhappy and uncaring. Needs a refurb desperately. What a terrible KFC outlet. Still dirty and uncared for. Unhappy and uncaring staff. And now MOUSE TRAPS on top of litter bins and near wash basin. Table not cleared or cleaned. Deserves 0 stars. Stay away at all costs. Worse KFC I've ever been in.

Went for food about 6. My daughter was desperate for loo. Tryed to explain this to 5 or 6 men behind counter to avail. Keept say toilet dirty. This is not good enough. 5 or 6 people standing around not doing there job. No leadership someone should take alook. Had to taco bell down road luckily open and clean. Returned to kfc for food as daughter loves it food was good to the high standards i wud expect from the franchise.

Worst KFC in London, they even don't let you order for collection on KFC app.

I went there for my break at lunch time. I was looking for a clean table but there was not. They need to review their hygiene level.

Ugh just why did I think I should eat here, why. Clean my gut with bleach please. Absolutely NOTHING in common with American KFC. Just a dirty rathole that serves some rubbery slime fried in the shape of chicken pieces. Shut this place down please, Hammersmith!

First the lady at the till served me without energy as if she was tired ,ordered a meal and she didn’t ask me what drink she just assumed I wanted Pepsi,the chips were extremely cold and I had to tell them to clean a table as it was super dirty I don’t think I’ll return or recommend this place.

The service here is good BUT THE TOILET IS TERRIBLE. THE MEN'S TOILET IS REALLY BAD. URINE ON THE FLOOR AND ONLY COLD WATER TO WASH YOUR HANDS. THEY NEED TO FIX THEIR TOILETS AND KEEP IT CLEAN. HOURLY CHECKS OF THEIR TOILETS SHOULD BE MANDATORY.PS: Sorry about the capital letters. Need to draw attention to this issue.

Probably the best fast food place in Hammersmith, its clean and pretty big if you want to eat in.

Fillet box meal : no salt, no ketchup, no mayo, the chicken wing was cold and the chips was t fresh.The employees are very headless, they never talk nice with you.The tables are dirtyBad experience.
