EPIC FRENCH FOOD in LondonBONJOUR !!! Are you ready to have a simply fantastic gastronomic experience with me?Come with me to @ amourrestaurant, close your eyes… and your dream of being in France, immersed in the scent of butter, bread and crunchy puff pastry, will become reality even sitting in the heart of London.Let yourself be carried away by your senses because each dish, expertly and lovingly prepared with great skill, will delight your eyes by giving you the flavours of excellent raw materials perfectly elaborated in the creation of refined, elegant, not at all obvious dishes.Seated at your table and pampered by the attentive staff, you'll feel like walking along the narrow streets of Montmartre while you can watch, thanks to the open kitchen, the chef who churns out fragrant choux pastry shells, whips up a soft and silky mousseline cream , mixes and melts cheeses for a dream fondue, seared duck breast keeping it soft and succulent, plunges the knife into a very delicate foie gras, emblem of the great French cuisine. Each dish will be served with great care and it will be time for you to dip crunchy and aromatic bread croutons in the cream cheese while it boils and melts, even creating, at the base, a golden crust, to taste meaty and fragrant escargot or to feel a bit like Amèlie while you'll delight in the sound of the burnt crust before sinking the spoon into an unmissable crème brûlée.My review:🍽 FOOD: from the raw materials to the preparation of traditional French dishes, you'll feel like you are sitting in a bistro in the heart of Paris.💡 ENVIRONMENT: welcoming and comfortable, the candles on the tables give relaxation and elegance at the same time💰 PRICE: medium👨🍳 STAFF / SERVICE: the staff will welcome you with great kindness and will always be ready to satisfy all your requests with great courtesy📍 LOCATION: 238-240 Munster Rd, Fulham, London SW6 6BAOVERALL… I had a great time, I ate divinely and… yes… definitely… I'll be back!If you want to watch some videos... visit @Martolina_cook_and_travel on Instagram

I had lunch with my 2 children (5 and 6yo) who went for the kids menu. They were very happy with their mini burgers and loved the chips nothing was left! I tried to be reasonable and had the César salad which was really nice! My son still speaks about his chocolate fondant dessert and wants another one 😅!Nice decor and delicious food I recommend!

Poor galette des rois, really disappointed as it was so “eggy”. The consistency was not right. My French husband agreed as well.

I booked online in early January and received confirmation of the reservation. Turned up to find the restaurant shut. I cannot comment on the food or service but the booking system is certainly a let down. I would recommend phoning to book as the restaurant may well be closed. I wouldn't want anyone else to have a wasted trip.

Excellent Venue, our large group, 23 in total catered for and they arranged a long table so we all sat together. The owner was very accommodating and chef TONY REMBERT was AMAZING, provided all and assisted in preparing what was required ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Staff who helped and served us were amazing. We will definitely come back to this place again.

A bit too expensive for the portion 😔 we ordered pain& beurre, beef bourguignon (which has mash potato as a side), and callibaud. The bread with butter was divine.. absolutely enjoyed it... The beef bourguignon and mash portion were a little small, when compared to other French restaurants in general, and the mash was a little burnt (taste mainly). Other than that the bourguignon was quite creamy and tasty with a deep wine flavour. The callibaud was succulent and tasty but too salty in our opinion.Came up to nearly £40 (bear in mind we just had warm tap water as drinks).. was just too expensive for such a small meal... Wasn't full.. then again things might be due to circumstances and this was our first time there so maybe other dishes would be better. The owner however was super friendly.

The owner is very nice and he seems to have a very loyal customer base. Food was very well made! We played here for a private party for a clients wedding. It's was a great night!

This restaurant is an amazing new addition to Fulham. We dined here in November 2021and all was super: the steaks, mussels and cassoulet perfectly cooked with rich taste and French finesse. Cocktails were great too. Will definitely visit again soon.

We’ve been a few times since restrictions lifted. Their outdoor seating is fantastic as it has a roof and heaters -really helpful with the unpredictable London weather.Everything we’ve had was tasty and well prepared. We recommend.
