Good place to meet friends for light lunch specially for senior people.

I spilt my drink and not only were the people working there very nice about it but they also got me another drink at no extra cost. Recommended!

Been here a few times. Today was quite quiet. Great place for tea or coffee away from busy mall. Food hot and cold also available. Staff always ready to help.

Hi !I have been to the breakfast area by Tuesday with my family to enjoy some coffee and also some food. The lady that was trying to take the order was also the same person that made our coffes. We have ordered 2 lattes and 1 flat white, all the coffee that she brougt over were disgusting, no foam at all , the milk was not steamed anough so her best soot was 3 "white Americanos" to call it like that. More then that, after she brings the coffee she suppose to bring us the breakfast that we order and paid for. She left the place before letting the kitchen area know s about our food so I had to go over to another member of staff this time a young man. I was approaching the bar trying to ask for help and he was very busy to answer to me because had a hot chocolate to finished, so I was waiting for him to finished that and I told him about our missed food and the his reply was "is fine take a sit", so I have to ask another lady that was working in the kitchen to recive the food that I've ordered with 25 minutes ago.Very bad costumers service, low quality of service and also low quality of barista I would never recommend to anyone to go there for a quiet breakfast.

Just had a delicious warm cheese scone with an americano. Friendly helpful member of staff, recommended the items fresh from the oven.So much better than the overpriced Starbucks products baked days ago!...and I've seen the staff here regularly spraying and wiping the surfaces when they aren't serving.Unlike SB the profits aren't spirited out of the country by creative accounting

Very pleasant staff but when I asked for vegetarian sandwich offered seafood. Only vegetarian left was a child's plain cheese sandwich very small on white bread I agreed to have this with a portion of chips from the menu but they didn't have any. This visit was at 2.45 pm yet they only had meat and fish sandwiches.

Reasonably priced, table service and buy Fairtrade 👍

Lovely cafe. They let us purchase gluten free sandwiches from downstairs and then eat them in the cafe if we got a cuppa. Nice staff very knowledgeable about almond milk! Definitely a great place for a sit down at Westfields.
