Mcdonald's Restaurant in Hammersmith and Fulham

Had a Double Big Mac today and it was hot, fresh and served with a few minutes. Definitely going back for breakfast tomorrow.

Food was over cooked and burned horrible , and no butter in muffins bread , 7 years ago I worked in MCD never served the customers something like this sorry

CANT BELIVE THIS EXPERIENCE.!!!!!11!!1!!1!1!!!!I cannot believe that Shariq made me a banana milkshake THREE TIMES IN A ROW when I expressly requested VANILLA. And then kicked me out. And accused me of having bad taste buds and having a joke.You’re a joke shariq. And sos your mum. And your manager. Even after staring them down for 40 minutes you would not comply with my request for vanilla or give me a refund. How dare you. You are a disgrace to the McDonalds Legacy in this nation and particularly in hammersmith, most especially in the Broadway.I award you zero stars, and may God have mercy on your soulsNever ever order a milkshake from here.

That is how my breakfast bun was given too me. No presentation all just slapped in and packed In a rush! Always busy, think they are under staffed - just a Shame this only one around the area or would deffo not visit again

I purchased a meal. The fries were chewy and caked like potato. I called to speak to the manager with regards to the poor food I had paid for and the manager simply told me that they are not responsible for the condition of the food and that it was an issue of ‘Just eats’. I would consider the manager to be right if it were the responsibility of ‘just eat’ to cook the food, but this isn’t the case. He told me flat out that he wasn’t going to do anything about the situation. My advice to anyone wanting to purchase food from this branch, not to do so as if there somehow happened to be an issue with the quality of your food, you will not receive any assistance. Not the way to run a business, and poor management skills from the manager who is managing this branch Monday 14th March 2022 at 11:00👎

Staff were not responsive to questions and got my order wrong on 3 seperate occasions. Not just custom items, straight up forgetting aspects of the meal such as Jam for the muffins and a drink I ordered. Service not very fast.

I mean seriously you have 4 items and you pack 3 , does the pack not look suspiciously small to you?We're gonna stop paying for extra sauces and additional tomato for each burger or other additions since they never arrive anyway at least 3 or 4 times we either get sauces missing ALWAYS ADDITIONS LIKE EXTRA TOMATO ETC MISSING sometimes they forget items like today they forgot main burger which was a big mac. It has an incredibly cramped counter area but is one of the few McDonald's currently trialling the McPlant burger.

It was my second time in this McDonald's. First time was bad but the second time was terrible. Got a "chicken wrap". The meat was cooked at least 2 days ago. Super hard and dry with shell on top. You could kill with it. I wouldn't even feed it to my dog. I really don't know how someone can give it to people. You should be ashamed.
