Nando's Hammersmith in Hammersmith and Fulham

I've been to this nados years ago with a friend and in my head the venue was a bit bigger so when I came today I was a bit confused did the place skrinke or what?You can't go wrong with Nandos , deliouse food and the staff was brilliant. The location is next to the station so perfect if you need a quick dinner before heading out.

The food is so so. Chicken inside is not sauced so tastes plain. Garlic bread is fine and Coleslaw is nice

Great staff, it was packed on Friday night and our server still took the time to go the extra mile for us. Excellent service and food. Loved the vegan options!

Went here with my Husband on an Apollo event night. So understandably, busier than normal. But that shouldn’t excuse the poor food and 45 minute wait for food. Chips refried. My Husbands chicken wasn’t grilled for long, nor was it saucy.And my wrap was cold. Could tell my wrap was sitting for a while whilst they were waiting for my husbands chicken.Halloumi left under heat lamp for AGES. Was cold by the time it came to the table.Also. Toilets weren’t clean. Needs to be checked more regularly.Didn’t complain to the manager at the time, as we didn’t have time to wait for food recooked. Needed to get to our show.

Really fast service even when the restaurant was fairly busy. Had an issue with my order and it was resolved straight away. Excellent customer service.

COVID review: toilet was clean with ample toilet paper. Service was friendly. Managed to sit next to a plug so I could charge on my phone as I only had 5%(don't ask)🤦🏿Had the chicken burger, in a bun, should have ordered it in a pitta as was a tad tricky to eat...thought the burger came with chips, it didn't. But the cold slaw was on point!

Run out of chicken at lunchtime. But said is fine, if we wait an hour they may bother getting around to cooking some.Coke etc all flat, but no problem we could have an alcoholic bottle that is fizzy instead.Terrible venue. Don't bother, go to one of the properly run nandos in the area.After 30 minutes they still haven't bother changing the gas. So coke still flat and terrible.

Tasty 5* given. It's a no brainer especially if you like chicken. Service was great from the moment we arrived, seated and menu provided. Order placed and wow the food was quick and amazingly tasty as per usual. The missus was very hungry and happy with the dining experience and so was I. Went straight to Hammersmith Appollo after feeling satisfied by Nando's Hammersmith who defo get a 5* rating from us. Keep up the good work👍🏽. Great atmosphere and location not forgetting staff who should get a raise for all round service😁 Thanks again.

Excellent catering for gluten allergy. One of the best levels of service I've had in any restaurant for this.

I had been wandering around Hammersmith and needed somewhere friendly and warm to sit.I spotted Nandos:yes it was warm,yes it was friendly,yes there was a welcome.I had the plain chicken thigh off the bone with a small side green bean salad🥗 and actually lovely green tea. 🍵There is a lot of seating, though l imagine in the summer it will get busy.Location is easy to get to. ♿ Disabled access and toilet, though you will need assistance getting through the large glass door, l found difficult to open, but once in, there is a good choice where to sit if not busy.Staff very effecient serving and clearing, also checking if l had enjoyed my Meal, which l did.It's got a funky vibe, upbeat music. Lots of wood in the decor and the centre is dominated by a large scale calculator.Certainly good for large groups, though would advise to check first.Generally on a cold January afternoon it was perfect.
