Nando's Shepherds Bush in Hammersmith and Fulham

This happened 5th March in the evening. HAIR IN FOOD, RUDE STAFF, UNHYGIENIC and POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS. Please do not go here. I was eating the chips and could feel something in the chips and pulled a long strand of brown hair from my mouth. So disgusting. The staff did not apologise, and the waitress spoke rudely saying they will replace the meal and they seemed unbothered which makes me feel like this probably happens a lot at this branch.We had to wait another 45 minutes. They brought out the wrong order after 45 mins wait. Asked to speak to the manager/supervisor he did not seem bothered he just brought out chips and left the rest of the order and we didn't get the order we paid for. The toilets were so filthy and unhygenic. I understand that sometimes mistakes can be made but the way the staff handled it was disrespectful, rude and showed really poor customer service skills. Literally ruined our evening. We shall not come to this branch ever again as it was a total waste of money. This is unacceptable behaviour. Whoever is in charge of this establishment needs to train all their staff in hospitality, hygiene and customer service skills. This place is trash.

Hot and spicy chicken, good service.

Two days a go I was for another shop but u have been in that place before it's nice I had a chicken Burger, chips and a drink. As you know nandos have the best chilli spice. The price is fear. I like it.

Halal Nandos in London. Nandos in general has amazing taste, but in Gulf countries has better kinds of meals such as espitada and cataplana. In London they just offer chicken pieces.

Food was very nice and served well as well but staff who received the order she was very rude and even she know someone waiting to order she let them wait for nothing . Not friendly and her dealing really bad .her name is Reema, very disappointing with-her when order ,and while we was on table i went to order something else again she was just standing doing nothing and then after 5 minutes came to take order .no excuses she let me wait for nothing she was not doing anything. I thing some nice person should be on the counter for public dealing.

One of the best branches, and I love how nice and helpful all the staff are, but today I noticed that the floor was dirty and sticky, the same as the seats and tables,They need to give more attention to the cleaning.I will change to 5 stars if I find it cleaner next visit 😊

Oh boy, not the best Nando’s, where we were seated, it was cold and hadn’t been cleaned. In fact we had asked to be moved. However the meal was good and for its price it was good.

Customer service was not great. Forgot meal and had to be reminded twice. Tables and cutlery were sticky.

Restaurant was busy but we where seated quite quickly. Had to ask for glasses for our unlimited drinks which was the only issue. Also table was slightly sticky but I know this is from cleaning products

Halal food chain. The vibe was great, and there’s really good ambiance throughout the restaurant layout. The food was nice and well cooked, but the chicken breast was very small compared to usual. Otherwise, the chips and coleslaw were very nice. The staff were also kind, banterous, and helpful.
