Nando's - Westfield London in Hammersmith and Fulham

Service was very quick - it came in under 10 minutes which was amazing as we were a table of 11. Customer service was very good and polite and even gave our friend free ice cream for her birthday. Food was very good and tasted fresh and delicious and I really enjoyed the experience.

Very welcoming, lovely atmosphere and good food as normal. Not quiet but volume at a good level that you could still here your friend from the other side of the table. Place to wash hands afterwards as who can eat a Nandos without getting there hands saucy

My new favorite Nandos ! Being a vegan and since Nandos stopped doing the Mushrooms I was hesitant to go but after visiting Westfield Nandos today I will be back in a hurry ! Delicious vegan food we all left stuffed ! Really friendly and accommodating for the 4 young kids we brought and really generous hot portions ! Thank you especially to the manager who when the humous wasn’t available with the Rainbow salad offered us so much in its replacement leven a refund although it was amazing .. Kindess goes a long way . Thank you :)

Service was very poor food was a late 20 minutes and when it was served one portion of the salad was missingplates were not cleared on time and when we order the dessert, two items from the dessert of children menu were missingChips were totally cold , when asked staff tried to convince they were hot but in the end they gave hot chips , we felt the staff had no clue what has been ordered what has not been orderedI feel the need of training the staff

Keep up the good/hard work guys. Keep safe.Although the capacity was full had to eat in car. Even though people were leaving and could have sat us down (only 2 of us)We were waiting ove 20min and a lot of people left by then.

Friendly staff welcoming. Able to order at the table to avoid the queues. The food was served within 15 minutes of ordering and it was delicious as always.Because of the location and popularity, the restaurant can be very busy and require you to queue before being seated but it is not too long to wait as there is a large seating capacity and there is always a table becoming free.

Very crowded and noisy. Can be very confusing for the new visitors as there's a lot of self service involved. The salad was quite sweet but the chicken fillets were nice.

Today we came to Nandnos Westfield branch , the manager name is Hibaq and she was so rude to us when we asked her about why the portions of our orders came too small ! Instead of being nice and polite, she shouted at us and she told us we should not complain and we must order something else if we are not happy with our order and we must pay again, she shouted at us in a rude way and made our lunch time so bad. I am so sorry that Nabdos chose such this rude ppl as manager and don’t care about there reputation, I will never ever step in the Nandos .Best if Luck for Hibaq the manager of this branch

Very hospitable staff; food was great, particularly the peri-peri salted chips. Highly recommend these chips rather than the plain option. There was rather a long queue when we arrived; we waited for around 20-25 minutes before being seated. But then it was 1.30pm, right in the middle of lunchtime.
