Have been ordering from here for over 30 years and always been reasonably happy until Covid struck. Now, every time we order the price goes up and up. Any excuse to get extra money so will not be ordering from here again. Very disappointed in the customer service. The lady who answers the phone is also very rude.

WASTE OF TIME .. went all the way there to see it’s CLOSED! Even though opening hours are till 12? If your travelling from far I’d advise calling up before making a wasted journey - now there’s no other food shops open at this time what a disgrace

I have ordered food from here three times already, and the food is always amazing here.Food is ready quickly, it is of good quality, and the staff is super nice.The rice with bamboo has been, so far, the best dish I have tried of them. Noodles are amazing too. Not a fan of the sweet and sour sauce, but I know this is because it is different from the one from my country of origin.

Food pricing is average for a takeaway but gee-wiz the food is horrible. Egg rice had no egg and the duck was not based with any seasoning just looked plain and white. Normally when you get a roast duck its a reddish brown colour, this was white.

I have been ordering from this Chinese shop for over 5 years, this is the only shop I order takeaway from, other than Oriental Kitchen Express. I only order from here coz da food is so bashy!! I recommend the chicken or special fried rice, Singapore noodles or chow mien.I last ordered from them last week, an I'm just bout to order from them now. The only thing I fault them on is on 2 separate occasions I payed by card, and was charged twice due 2 technical fault of card machine. But when I called up they was more than happy 2 resolve the issue, and within 3 days my money had been refunded back into my account. The staff have always been polite over the phone or face2face, I appreciate their good food! and will continue ordering from here ca 4 me they sell the best Chinese inna bush!!!!🇬🇩👍🏽👍🏽🍚👌🏼🍜👌🏼👍🏽👍🏽🇬🇩🇬🇩🤗

Typical Chinese take-away- food was flavourful, service was fast and prices were low. Nothing amazing, but certainly much better than other google reviews suggested. We wouldn't go there looking for 'authentic' but it's great take-away. We'll definitely be ordering from them again.

If you're in no rush to eat and you have OVER AN HOUR TO WAIT, then this is the place for you. On 2 occasions ordering from here the food has been stone cold. The staff are rude (apart from the man who attempted to resolve the issue by begrudgingly giving us £2 discount). On one occasion the food was delivered via bicycle which showed as there was more food and sauce in the carrier bag than in the containers. Again, the staff were rude and reluctant to actually resolve their issue. This is definitely the last time I'll ever order from here. Price wise, it's not the cheapest in the area either. It used to be the best Chinese place in W London but has gone down dramatically over the years.
