Papa John's in Hammersmith and Fulham

Ordered from here loads of times, only once have I had a three star pizza but for the amount of times I've ordered that's no drama.... Dominoes delivered to the wrong street twice and reused the same box twice... The pizza was soaked in grease so at the moment I'm exclusively ordering Papa John's (my local pizza hut has an atrocious rating not only on Google) I wish they had Tango as a drink option though. Pepsi is rubbish and 7up is nice but it would be nice to have a third option.I'm walking home after a long shift at work and going to order tonight hmmm what to have what to have....

Friendly staff and always smiling i love places with happy workers in it ,pizza is tasty and relatively cheap i think 11 quid for large pizza is reasonable. All tho i missed my extra garlic sauce couple times so do check your order when you take it. All and all i would give 7/10 (minus 2 just becouse its not a wooden oven pizzas and -1 for my garlic sauce).

Fast delivery, excellent value, great food and really good guy's. Ordered for the first time to my hotel and PJ was very attentive and ensured food was excellent. Great Stuff Crust Guys!

They took £40 off my card after telling me that my card was invalid. Not only did I not get pizza from them but they have owed me more than 40 pounds for the last week. And have yet to return my money.Every time I called for them to put my money back on my card they make up some excuse to the manager is not there!They are clearly running a scam and telling people that the card is invalid and then taking their money and not delivering the pizza.The girl who answers the phone attempted to force me to take another pizza instead of giving me my money back. And that’s after 17 minutes on the phone trying to place a simple order.It’s bad enough that I could barely understand a word she was saying; but her attitude was very unprofessional. And they attempt to make you feel as though whatever has taken place is your fault!However if you do manage to get the manager on the phone he is relatively pleasant and seems to want to deal with things accordingly. But again as I said; it shouldn’t take nearly 20 minutes to place one order. And had a continued giving her my card details as she suggested they probably would’ve taken 100 pounds out of my account….They insist on not taking cash so that they can get your card details. Once the transaction goes wrong you’re out of money and you have no pizza!Stay clear from this business!!!

I always order my pizza from here, as I had problems from other places before. I never had an in issue with Papa Johns pizza at Hammersmith. Always arrives on Time, always hot & delicious. Very good customer service.

First time having Papa John's in UK and it will be the last. Meat feast had almost no toppings. Disappointing even with the 50% off through revolut. How much do toppings really cost? Let's face it costs nothing to make pizza. Back to Domino's

Ordered 2 pizzas on a Tuesday evening and didn't receive them for over 2 hours. Tried ringing them after 1 hour but no one picked up the phone for 30 minutes. When I eventually got through was told it would be another 40 minutes. Fairly certain my order was completely forgotten about.

Normally very good but only when the right staff are on board. Amongst our order of two large pizzas and side with a drink we had one tub of sauce which is strange since we normally get one in every pizza and side. Little bit of a panic when online it said it was delivered which was a bit weird because we had to wait 20 minutes extra for it to actually be delivered. Other than that, happy with the food! 👍🏾

I have ordered 2 large pizza for papa johns Hammersmith branch!!!I would say it’s the best pizza I have ever tried!!I only had to wait 20 mins to receive my order and pizza was still hot when I got the order.Really recommend this place 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Took 40 minutes and I live across the road. They couldn't find the address. The wedges were barely cooked. Pizza was ok. No idea why you would order this over Franco Manca.
