Pizza Express in Hammersmith and Fulham

We visited on Sunday for a Birthday party. There were 27 of us, and the staff were extremely friendly and accommodating in arranging a large area for our party. Service was quite quick, considering how many we were, and we all ordered different dishes from the main menu.We brought our own cake, which the staff embellished with strawberries and mint leaves before serving it to our table. We all had a fantastic day, thank you very much.

Saturday evening dinner was great, we was sat by the kitchen in a booth so got to see some live action from inside the kitchen and was lovely to see a great team working together.

Just ordered a deliveroo (we decided to treat ourselves at work) there was an item missing so we called up Pizza Express and they were so rude. They aren’t even attempting to fix the issue. They tried to blame the deliveroo driver but the bag was very well sealed. Last time we will be ordering from there - very rude! This isn’t the first issue we have had with our order from them - do not recommend.(Sorry really don’t like leaving negative reviews especially to restaurants which have really struggled over the covid period but this is shocking).

Visited here earlier in the week and was delighted, atmosphere was stunning and the food was spectacular.

Pleasant food and atmosphere, team are always more than happy to help and deliver great service.

I came here with my wife on Sunday afternoon, everything was as expected and delicious, we left very happy.

Fantastic staff! The staff actually make the place better right. They were super welcoming, kind, efficient and fast. One of my favourite pizza express to go to. Eva was really nice and the gentleman with the beard too. The only thing i didn’t like this time is the parmesan cheese was a bit dry. May be it was grated and left open? It tasted neutral.

Had a wonderful time on Thursday evening, lovely lady serving me was great and the young gentlemen who took us to our table was also very polite, we had a lovely chat with the waitress at the end of the night and was very refreshing to see such a kind and thoughtful lady.

We visited on a football night when the restaurant was very busy - the team were exceptional, particularly the two young boys who served us. Great food & great team - would definitely recommend!

I love this place, I come here with friends every week. The pizza is great, the service is really good and the staff is very friendly. I recommend giving it a try.
