Pizza Hut in Hammersmith and Fulham

dirty scum bags.. ordered through deliveroo and they did not make the pizza they charged me and closed the store. no food waited 3 hours

Staff are rude and not helpful. Wrong order was delivered and the Indian woman put the phone down on us.. bad bad customer service!

Poor attitude from the little guy behind the counter today, definitely a chip on his shoulder after being rejected from pound land.The pizza was pretty good though.

I too saw these reviews too late. Over an hour and a half, still no food, despite it “being on the way” 30 mins ago according to store. Best advice - stick to dominos

I had a solid experience here. Food was delivered within 40 mins, and all my order was correct and hot when it arrived.

If you’re seeing this…it’s too late. Unfortunately for us, we didn’t see the awful the reviews until after we had waited an hour and a half for our order. We could see on the live tracker that our driver was about 5 minutes from our house for 40 minutes. We called Pizza Hut Hammersmith who kept telling us “5 minutes. 5 minutes”. Eventually after an hour and a half our driver arrives and refuses to hand over our order (baring in mind he only has half our order anyway) telling us he doesn’t think it’s ours even though he rang OUR doorbell. He starts ringing the doorbells of other houses on our street saying “oh no, it’s this number, it’s this number”. He finally checks our order number and decides it’s not our order, gets back on his bike and leaves. Moments later our order status updates online saying it’s been delivered. We call the store again who tell us there’s nothing they can do about it apart from refund us. I honestly wouldn’t be surprised if the driver ate our food on the way here. In the end we placed another order at Dominos, Shepards bush who delivered within half an hour, would recommend them instead. Avoid Pizza Hut at all costs, if I could give it 0 stars I would.

I ordered a pizza and a dip.Delivery driver turned up with the pizza but no dip.The only solution I was given having phoned up was that next time I ordered I would be given another dip.Great pizza, just a shame about the service….

Disgraceful customer service. After a lengthy disastrous third party delivery order. Called several times Hammersmith delivery. Phone disconnected twice, several mistruths about where my order was, no order there, order has left etc . This went on for 2.5 hours. When food did arrive after 4th driver booking it was obviously cold,burnt with missing items. Hammersmith delivery Pizza Hut said it had been ready for 2 hours prior and not collected by third party for delivery. When I called next day for managers details I was told they didn’t know the managers name . Didn’t want to help and cut the call. The unprofessional approach to customer service is incredible It’s a shame because I always liked Pizza Hut food. Never again!

Seems to be a trend that Pizza Hut delivery standards are much lower than the restaurant. You’re paying the same for much less toppings, quality and slices compared to the restaurant.I remember ordering from this Hut when I couldn’t make it to the restaurant that is now closed in Hammersmith. They gave me another customers order. Took 1 hour and the manager had to use his own car, apologised for the mistake. Staff were playing with time kept saying 10 minutes more etc... avoid like the plague do yourself a favour and go to a Pizza Hut restaurant for collection.After having told them I was staying 5 mins away from the actual delivery store and I would go there myself they made haste to fix the problem.All bad reviews are true, they do disconnect the phone, attempt to block you from calling too much and lie about the delivery time.

I wish I can rate a zero.. no Hygiene at all !!!! I'm surprised they haven't shut down this place !! Pizzas were thrown away (totally disgusting) and complaint escalated. There are multiple restaurants in the area that make amazing pizza. Don't go here !!
