Excellent pub. The staff are so good, and are the best in London and very accommodating. Let us try some samples before actually ordering one we liked. The food was of a good standard. The shuffleboard was a lot of fun. Would definitely return here.

I went there cause I saw the reviews here. I am pretty sure those are fake reviews. Honestly one of the worse places I have been. They don't even clean the room even once. All very bad, cold and dirty rooms and not sense of being safe. Forget about the breakfast that other reviews said, they told us it doesn't exist anymore. Apart of that no great food in the pub. Never again

Rooms and staff just fantastic, nothing is too much trouble. The owners should be very proud of their staff. The lamb cutlets were just cooked to perfection and saddened that they are now not on the menu. I stay here regularly and look forward to coming.

First of all, this star rating is only for the food we tried, and specifically for the burger, but not for the place, beers and chips. The pub itself is great both in terms of its indoor and outdoor sitting options/places. So for the pub and beers, I would give no less than 4-5 stars. Also, the staff were quite friendly and attentive, and the service was good. So no issues on this side at all.Now let’s talk about the food. We tried pulled beef croquettes and big smoke burger. Croquettes was quite delicious, so no problems in there. The burger, however, was quite disappointing. The brioche (or the bun, whatever it’s called) was so very much stale. The patty was quite too much burnt and overcooked, therefore quite dried and not juicy at all. There is difference between smoky and burnt, and this patty was definitely burnt. And the pulled beef in the burger was rather like a ‘rubber’ if you will. And we were quite surprised because the same pulled beef was quite all right in the croquettes. Chips were all right and tasty.Perhaps our bad experience of food here was a one-time thing and we were not lucky in terms of the burger. But for this price (its £16), it wasn’t worth it at all.So, would I visit this pub again? Definitely yes. Would I eat here again? I believe I will as everyone deserves (at least) to be given the second chance.I hope this review would help the management to improve these points, in this case in particular for the burgers.Hope to see you again soon and good to have you in our neighbourhood!

Stayed for a night here, room was warm & cosy, lovely interior, hot shower, very comfy bed, more than what we expected for the price! Live music on Saturday eve which was a lovely vibe, family friendly feel. Enjoyed an incredible Sunday roast! Staff were all really lovely & friendly, very welcoming and chatty. Good location for the tube, stones throw away! Kept our bags for us after checkout until we were ready to head home. Would definitely come back!

Been here a few times and is now our go to place whenever we go to Hammersmith. The food is amazing and great value. Beer is on point and if your not sure what to order then the staff are very friendly and knowledgeable.I highly recommend going on a Sunday and trying the sharing roast.. Be warned... It's massive!

Good pub with a huge selection of beer from there own brewery and others. Staff friendly and happy to chat with helpful advice on drink selection. Lots of space inside and outside and all with a modern style. Hotel above the pub is nice, easy to get to and comfortable. Breakfast in the morning was very reasonably priced and hit the spot perfectly. Perfect location for shows at the Apollo.

I went to The Prince of Wales for a late lunch yesterday (Saturday) with my sons. It was fantastic! We experienced a really warm welcome and a lovely atmosphere, plenty of space too. The person serving us was great - she gave excellent food and beer recommendations and talked us through the amazing choice of beers. After a few tasters my elder son and I settled on beer that was different to anything I had tried before and delicious. There was a great choice on the menu. The food was exceptionally high quality and also delicious. My elder son now lives in the area so I can see us eating (and drinking) here every time we visit. Looking at the receipt, the person serving us may have been called Sophie - if so, thank you Sophie for fantastic service and wonderful recommendations.

Delicious grub. I went on a Tuesday, and got the £15 offer that buys you ribs and a pint. That is great value for money. The meat fell off the bone, the chips were delicious and the coleslaw was great. I had the chocolate brownie as a dessert and, again, it was awesome. All the staff were super friendly, but could be more attentive.

The food and service was superb. The bar staff were engaging and knowledgeable from the moment we walked in. I tried a selection of craft beers which were delicious and my wife and pal went for a rhubarb gin a tonic that hit the spot. We all ate the rib-eye steak with portobello mushrooms, grilled tomatoes and a red wine sauce. Probably one of the best steaks I have eaten recently and the red wine sauce was delicious. I highly recommend this pub and will be back with more friends and family! Well done!
