Shawa in Hammersmith and Fulham

The taste of the food is actually really good. I ordered the mixed shawarma burger, which is a great idea for a burger, as in something different. I thought with every bite I take I’ll get to taste more meat but I was wrong. They’re super stingy with the meat, there was barely any in my burger! And I like my portions big. I’m not a big girl, but I love my food. I can eat! And this still left me hungry… paid £16.20 something to be fooled. Not happy! 🤷🏽‍♀️ I guess I’ll look back at this experience and laugh one day…

Spent £10 on a shawarma bowl only for there to be more chips than the actual shawarma. Waste of money. Management is terrible too.

Half decent shawarma wraps. Nothing special but overall the service is good and staff polite. The French fries are hit and miss with them sometimes being over fried and too crispy. Alright for a quick lunch bite but not for dinner.

Seems like it has been made a day before, very dry and disgusting (dirty tomato and oily aubergine), Overpriced and definitely not a Lebanese falafel.

I don't usually leave bad reviews however my experience here was awful. Queued for 15 minutes, waiting behind a cashier and was then told to join the back of the line. Staff were unhelpful and extremely rude to myself and my mum and had an awful attitude. I would rate the customer service a 0/10 and will not be coming back. It's a shame because the food looked delicious.

I ordered two lamb shawarmas. The stuff was smiling but the wraps were so far away from taste. The meat was so raw and without taste. What is more, they were so dry. I don't recommend. My son always loves wrap and doner but even he couldn't tolerate.

For a shawarma lover who tried real shawarma before I'd have to say that this is the worst shawarma place I've ever had in my whole life! Also the price isn't worth it. Small shawarma that barely has enough chicken and full of veggies for £9 something! I don't recommend it at all!!

I decided to have a Lebanese shawarma 🥙 something different from the usual Turkish Donner kebabs I'm so used to in North London, and haven't had a shawarma from West London or Edgeware Road in years.I ordered a large shawarma wrap, requested a mix of lamb & chicken. Cost me £9.95, quiet steep for a wrap. When I finally got it, I was shocked at how small the wrap was. I decided to open it, and my jaw dropped when I saw how little lamb & chicken meat there was, its barely tea spoons amount!!The flavour of the lamb pieces were similar to roasting lamb shoulder, lumpy & bland. The chicken was even worse, as they use chicken breast as opposed to legs & thighs, so the chicken was very dry and hard, not at all succulent.I could understand charging £9.95 if it was very delicious, and Westfield Mall food being more expensive, but this didn't even taste nice to justify even paying £8 let alone almost £10. I felt angry afterwards as I felt cheated on, so I went to Seoul Bird nearby to get a decent meal.Avoid this place people, overpriced for the very little you get!! Go to Seoul Bird nearby, the South Korean place, you'll get more chicken in their rice bowl than you would in a LARGE shawarma here.
