Spaghetti House - Westfield in Hammersmith and Fulham

The food was very nice and the service was good. However... a pasta dish (and not even particularly big) was £12.90. And that was just pasta with melted cheese. Same for the pasta with pesto. The seafood pasta is 18.50. So quite pricey.

extremely slow service for a place that wasn't even remotely busy. the food came out like-warm and didn't even taste good. overpriced too.there was a huge queue for pizza express next door and this place was completely empty. i should have taken that sign at face value.

Me and my friend came in today for lunch and the pasta was simply amazing! I accidentally left my phone on the table and when I was just about to have a mental breakdown, thankfully our waiter Ali, had already kept my phone safe for me. Thank you so much for the amazing food and the amazing service!

Six of us had a reunion lunch on a busy Friday lunchtime. The service was very attentive, not rushed and very welcoming. My guests are very critical as they eat out a lot, and we all really enjoyed our meals, main courses and delicious puddings. A very positive experience, thank you to the team at Westfield!

I went on a week day which was a quiet day for the restaurant. The waiter was attentive and followed COVID protocol. Food was decent and quite fast to come through, although my burger was a little dry and overcooked. If you just want some simple Italian food you can come here and weekdays are great if you prefer it to be more quiet.

Reserve a table on weekends. They were short staffed but still great service.food was par excellence 😋

Visited for the first time today & the food was absolutely amazing! The restaurant was clean, menu was easy to order from and i could see the chefs working very hard. The waiters who served us made our experience better so special thanks to Jacob & Annabelle! You’re friendly and bubbly service makes us want to come back again. Although some items had run out on menu, we still managed to enjoy our meal.

Great thing is the social distancing and high cleaning standards. Staff friendly.Had the burger and chips. Plate looks very muted, no pops of colour. Decent size burger, tomato relish nice enough, but sparse on the veg with 1 lettuce leaf, few bits of onion. Chips were nice but got soft quite quickly, not very crisp.

Server was quick and friendly. Appetisers came out hot and tasted delicious. Main course was great and big portion.

Customer service was poor as my partner had to wait 10 minutes after his meal arrived to be given the cheese he asked for. When it finally arrived however, it arrived in a plastic container. Meanwhile, my order of pizza came out extremely oily with little to no pepperoni and too much sauce. The pizza couldn’t be picked up and would break when placed on the fork.The pasta was very spicy and watery as if it wasn’t drained well and crunchy in the middle. Plus, for a vegetarian regular pasta meal with only the pasta and sauce as ingredients, £12 is a little steep.The waiters and waitresses consistently dragged a dirty dish trolly pass us and through the dining area while people are eating, which to us was not very appealing. We also had to sit next to a cardboard cut out of Donald trump, and as people who do not support his political views, and being British, we didn’t enjoy the view.
