I don't normally leave reviews unless the food is phenomenal. This place deserves a shout out. We ordered the lamb shank and chicken barberry which were also the specials for the day. Both meats were cooked to perfection, juicy and melted right off the bone! Their baklava is fresh, buttery and authentic just like in the Middle East. The Persian tea on their menu is also a great try served in Persianware and the owner mentioned it's their own blend. Lovely quaint ambiance, perfect for a relaxed enjoyable meal. 10/10. Would recommend this to everyone in a heartbeat!

Lovely lovely food, a warm ambience & hospitable service. There is a wide variety of dishes (starters, mains) to choose from, with the preparation time for orders being impressively short. The saffron ice cream dessert is to die for, I would highly recommend… Certainly one of the best authentic Persian restaurants in London, hopefully I will be visiting once again in the near future!

One of the best restaurants I've ever been to. Next time I go, I'm getting dessert. So worth going to. Everything was perfectly cooked and flavorful and the staff was amazing.

Brilliant - has lost none of its quality even after so many years. All the menu items retain their flavors and freshness. Kebabs and meats are not overcooked like the recent trend (lack of quality chefs perhaps), and its bread, freshly baked, is pretty good. Good to see them maintaining their quality

It was a quiet afternoon when we visited. The timing between the courses was very reasonable. The food was good and worth the travel. Prices on the menu were acceptable to the quality. I can understand it might seem costly for some depending on their income; however, compared to 5 other Persian resturants that we visited in London, the prices are as reasonable. The environment looked old and traditional; check the photos before visitng if you are a more modernist than traditionalist.Another point to consider is to understand the geographical origin of the chef or the restaurant and whether it serves food from south, north, Persian part, Kurdish part or Azerbaijani part of Iran. The taste and quality may vary depending on geography and you may like or hate a certain taste while others loves it. Photos can help you find out. We've had 6 different types of barley soup in Persian restaurants up until today. All delicious but tasted different! The waiter was polite, wearning mask, but not professionally trained. Hand sanitiser was available at table.Sufi is among top 7 restaurants in London and we intend to visit again and leave another review.

We can wholeheartedly recommend their combination platter or the surf mix grill if you're coming as an unfussy group (or even a hungry pair like us when we visited!) - gigantic well seasoned portions and very delicious servings of a bit of everything for those who just can't make up their mind. The restaurant looked a bit quiet and slow in terms of staff looking after us but the food definitely delivered above our expectations and mark once we received it. We'd love to come back sometime.

I’ve been twice in this restaurant in the last weeks. You can find amazing food, atmosphere and service. I haven’t tried all the starters but most. All pretty goods! And both the Lamb Shanks and Fresh Dill and Broad Beans Rice and the Chicken Barberry are delicious and also all kind of grilles they have. The chef and owner always has helped us to choose and he has always been right with the elections. The quality, size and price is great! I really recommend to go and try! I am sure you’ll go back again.

Delicious fresh food and excellent service. We had the yogurt & spinach starter & freshly baked bread. We then had the lamb shank special and chicken stew cooked with pomegranate & walnuts. Highly recommend a visit and we'll return if in the area.
