Absolutely loved it. Haven't been in several years, and it was even better than I remembered. I had a chicken Caesar salad that was out of this world. Perfect portions, as well. Moreover, the Staff are very friendly and the service is prompt without being pushy. Wonderful place to have a pint and a bite!

A lovely gastropub with table service. We only stopped by for a quick drink, but the food being served up looked delicious. Friendly wait staff too.

We had our wedding reception at The Larrick on Friday and I cannot recommend it enough. The pub, food and staff were totally amazing in every way. Ethan helped us plan our special day and nothing was too much trouble. The staff on the day couldnât do enough for us and our guests who all commented on the level of service. We had canapĂ©s and a main meal with some having starters and deserts, which were faultless. All coming out on time, together and piping hot. We will be popping in for a drink next time we are down in London to remember our special day.

đ Edgware Roadđș £6.10 Pilsner Urquellâ€ïž A vibrant gastropub that looks after their locals and welcomes in one and all..The Larrik is just a five minute walk from Edgware Road tube and is nestled in to the backstreets in Marylebone. I sometimes get a little bit anxious prior going in to a gastropub purely because I donât know if Iâll end up sitting at a table with a knife, fork and napkin and be viewed as someone taking up a four seater table, not eating and generally taking up prime food trade space. Here at @the_larrik this was not the case and I received a warm welcome by the Guvnorâ whilst ordering my pint. Oasis were playing on the sound system and I mentioned to him that they were a great band to which he offered to play any Oasis song I wanted, top bloke! I took a seat near the bar and had a nose around the large bar area which was bright and airy with some amazing artwork on the walls including a large photo of John Lennon & Yoko Ono. The pub started filling up not long after I arrived and there was plenty of food leaving the kitchen which smelt great. The food options here are pub classics which have been elevated to posh nosh, fish & chips costs ÂŁ16.50 and seemed to be a popular choice. My pint was decent, I had a Pilsner Urquell which I donât see all the time in boozers. The cocktails were also popular and most cost around a tenner. The atmosphere here was excellent, it was relaxed and just what I needed on a Saturday afternoon. The fella I was talking to at the bar joined me at my table and we ended up having a good old chinwag about everything from music to cricket, chess to football, a proper pub chat and what a nice fella..This is a beautiful pub set in a calm oasis away from busy Edgware and Marylebone Roads and a great place to get away from it all. Itâs a Gastro that serves decent grub but doesnât alienate the punter that wants to pop in for a few bevvies. The staff were top notch and very accommodating and clearly enjoy what they do. The Larrik has something for everyone, this is an excellent pub..đ Information correct on visiting 15/01/22

We ended up here after having reserved a table at the Duke of York round the corner and turning up there only for them to say they were actually too busy to accommodate us... It was my mum's birthday so I really wanted to find a good alternative (and quickly!). The staff at the Larrik were really welcoming and quickly found a place to squeeze us in, despite being very busy themselves. The food was great (the chicken pie in particular!), nice atmosphere (busy but not too loud), the service was friendly and efficient, and after I'd managed to smuggle a cake to them, they also put the effort in to bringing this out whilst singing happy birthday, and provided plates, a knife, etc. Overall a really lovely experience.

I recently started working in the area, and was introduced to The Larrick by a very lovely colleague of mine. The service here and the vibe is unmatched in the area - I would especially like to point out Becky for making us feel so welcome and the experience that much better.Youâve found a new regular - thank you and definitely get your pints from here!!!!

Perhaps I was unlucky, but the bar staff appeared to be competing for some kind of slow bar staff award. It's a pub in London. There is annoying music and there are drunk people shouting over it.On the plus side it's clean, the ratio of idiots to normal people is relatively favourable, and it sells beer. Also your friends might have decided to come here without asking your opinion đŹ

Great welcome as we walked in and were shown to our table, excellent selection of reasonably priced beers, wines and cocktails, absolutely delicious food (we're veggie and tried everying veggie on the menu and it was all well-presented and very tasty) and fantastic service from everyone we interacted with.Couldn't be happier to have come across The Larrik, it's the perfect pub.FYI: they welcome dogs and have a convenient baby change/toilet on the ground floor.

What a gorgeous pub. I love the design of the interior, it's so cosy and stylish. I can imagine in winter it would be even more comfortable with this atmosphere.3 of us came here for dinner and were seated at a nice table at the back. This part of the pub can be section off by a lovely thick curtain for private parties. We ordered:- Hampshire crayfish roll, little gem, Parmesan & smoked chipotle ÂŁ9.50- Whole burrata, Datterini tomatoes, black olive tapenade & grilled ciabatta ÂŁ10- Truffle & Parmesan Fries ÂŁ4.50- Kids Menu Fish & Chips with mushy peas ÂŁ5I'm not sure about the burrata dish, it was a little tasteless with hardly any tomatoes and the mushy peas were missing from the kids fish & chips. But other than this, the food was lovely - the fish was fried perfectly. Our server was really friendly and lovely, although she was rushed off her feet because I think they were short staffed that evening.Would definitely come here again for drinks or food.
