Great pub. Provides a variety of drinks. Cheap prices. Short staffed. To be recommended. You can smoke outside. The staff are very good.

This place always hold a special place in my heart as this is where my late father used to drink if he fancied a pint. I recently, went there with my children and my friend and we was not disappointed. How can you complain the food is decent and reasonably priced, plus the setting is clean and tidy.

First I got told to wait.I waited . Queue got longer and longer. Then I was told again wait more. I said I just want some porridge. She said minimum wait for that was 45. Then the waitress actually told me to me to go somewhere else. Awful service.Never even got the chance to go and sit down. Went to the William Morris nearby that was way way busier but I still managed to get a better service.

Very good food! Order on your phone from your table, exceptional prices. The Mediterranean salad is superb, as well as the roasted vegetables.

- None of the toilets had tissue thats way had to use the disabled one.- There was almost no ice in my gin.- They brough wrong tonic which wasn't my order.+ They were very polite and offered me another tonic when i told them about the problems.

Old dirty spoons, full of seniors, one is sleepin, another one is havin whiskey straight from the bottle, its like a picturesque scene from one of Bukowski books, but I mean it in a good way, will be back here when Ill be in melanholy or depression to fuel it with cheap alcohol.

Wow what a lovely weatherspoons pub! Great friendly service, great food and friendly locals. Really really enjoyed our time here ☺

The place is decent and cheap. However, see picture I took of the state of the bathroom.

Dirty every table was dirty, black girl on her own doing all the work, overheard the white old white bar lady being blunt and rude to a black customer, an the customer was talking to the manager, the old women thought is was ok to involve herself when the lady was actually talking to the manager. Seems racist as the black waiter was doing everything on her own literally. And the last was asking the manager why his got outdated menus on each table, which is a very valid point. This pub is in a very popular area and it should be up to date with everything, including a paper menu it's not hard to print, and I'm sure the head office wouldn't punish the manager for making updated menus. But please clean the tables they are filthy and spray some flash too.
