Had a really bad experience here- Rude staff and over priced- they also pay them all below minimum wage and fire people on their probation period for no reasonIf you want a better pub go to the Pocket Watch across the road - so much nicer!Treat your staff how you’d treat your customers please! ⚠️

I am so satisfied with this bar that I can visit UK one more time for this place. the ambiance was great. The warmth of their welcome was also the harbinger of the service we will receive. Food and drinks were great. I recommend it to all tourists coming to London. You will be satisfied.

Been around 5 times in the last few weeks to the Princess Victoria and all I can say is that feels like home, I’m not used to write reviews but this pub really deserves a good one!Every time I walk in the stuff is always been lovely and caring, especially one of the managers ,a nice girl with dark hair.

I go to a place at least twice to be fair.Twice was two too many times here. The service is so bad I had to go and find a server. I was LITERALLY the only diner in an EMPTY dining room and yet the server spent all her time at the bar chatting with the bartender in the other room.I had to first get the attention of ANOTHER server who sat 3 tables away folding napkins while I was STILL the only diner in an otherwise EMPTY dining room. I had to actually wave at her while she got up and walked around, chatted with others, walked in and out of the dining room, played on her phone, EVERYTHING BUT actually DOING HER JOB.The first night, the other server played on her phone for so long that by the time she got around to remembering why she was there and I asked about dessert, the kitchen had closed. 30 minutes to simply get their attention is too short a time.If the job gets in the way of socializing, shouldn't you find something else that DOES move you to be good at?BTW, you're welcome to look up what seltzer is. It's not difficult.

We arrived at this place for a meeting. This place was recommended to us by a friend. Well, it was a winning. The staff members welcomed us with a smile and we had a fantastic feeling. The food was just great. We loved this place very much and we will definitely return

This pub since it open its door around 2009 is been my regular since and over the years it went from being great food great staff great beer great wine and since it changed ownership it’s just gone downhill especially the past 6 months super slow service rude employee especially the lady that’s seems to be a manager I’ve hesitate to leave a review over this time, I got 20 years in the pub industry to me what makes a great pub start with employees the rest will follow, it’s a shame this used to be one off the best pubs in London, just the hope owners make some changes or sell to some one that’s passion about hospitality.

Very chillable place, comfy music and friendly staff. Would grab another beer again. Recommending for a part of a pub tour.

Best pub! Great place to meet friends. I’ve always enjoyed it here and staff have been very friendly. Thanks to Ezgi and Dan.

Used to be so good and if the owners don’t pull their fingers out it’s going downhill fast. Incredibly disinterested bar staff who just hang out in a group as if it’s their own little club, showing total contempt that someone might want to be served. Food below average. Prices above average. A real shame such a wonderful pub is under such useless, uncaring stewardship.

Attended our son and his fiancées wedding reception there last weekend and stayed 3 nights. We were extremely well looked after and found the staff to be very helpful despite being worked to a frazzle by 100 thirsty guests. Many thanks to Dan and the team!
