Tortilla in Hammersmith and Fulham

Visited the place twice, the food was fine but the place was dirty and the tables were sticky in both visits. I spoke to the shift manager and he tried to convince me that they ate busy however I sow only one customer at the reception and four staff serving him?!. Apparently cleaning job is not their priority.How this place got 5 score for food hygiene??.The shift manager told me "ask the company to add staff to be able to clean"It was 11 March 2022 @ 13:30.

Amazing place! Hamdi, Manu and Christian were lovely staff! Sorry about the drunk person we brought with us he's very loud. Delicious burritos. Everything is amazing. 10/10

I was served by this amazing employee. She made sure to provided accurate service. And as it was my first time going to tortilla I wasn’t sure what to expect but this employee by the name Hamdi was very helpful.

The guacamole is not fresh any more, the using rotten avocados testing disgusting and I had my lunch in, the music was so loud I felt in a disco or pub. when I just want to have my lunch in a quiet place and hear some news in my mobile phone but I couldn't as the music was so loud. I asked if they could put the volume down they say yes but didn't do anything .

The food was nice, even though the tortilla for the burrito is very thin, but it might be my taste. The portions are also good, and a huge selection of drinks are available. The only negative criticism I have, the bin was full, overflow, no one seemed to care about it.

Two members of staff were lovely. The other were not very good at communicating. We paid were looking at our food on the counter. While the member of staff ignored us. However she failed to explain that the payment had failed so we were just looking at each other.Food was fast and good, very messy because of all of the sauces we chose but yummy.

I was with my girlfriend at this Tortilla just today. It's not the first time. Indeed, we have come other times before. The staff has changed but the quality of the food and the kindness of the staff have remained. I absolutely recommend it.

Ordered tacos and chips and guac from here and I literally had to throw it out. Guacamole was old. The tacos looked like a 4 year old put them together. And the chicken in the tacos was not good 🤢So disappointed. And now I have to order from somewhere else. Waste of £15.

Tacos broke as soon as I touched them because they were not reheated before serving, also had a very starchy texture because of that. 2 of the 3 young, not so well-trained staff were pretty idle and took a while to get the food. Prices are outdated on the list. Disappointment 😔

Food is very high quality, meat is always very fresh. Service is extremely fast because they make it in front of you, usually takes 30 seconds for you to get your order. Place is clean and cozy, and the food is cheap for what it is! Do go there if you have the chance.
