Wagamama Hammersmith | The Old Fire station in Hammersmith and Fulham

Went with friend for lunch on Sunday around 2pm. Food was nice but they didn't have salmon. I've never experienced such a slow service, we were ignored by all waitresses while we were sitting in the middle of the restaurant. Waitresses from this shift definitely should change their attitude

We love this place. Old fire station building and food like always in wagamama.

I had the vegatsu which was really good. Service overall was a little slow. I loved Muna's energy, she was very engaging and charismatic.

Awful, feel robbed and still hungry.We had ramen and teppanyaki. The teppanyaki was unedible: tough meat, super oily and bland. The ramen had OK meat but absolutely bland too. For this price not acceptable! We would have liked to tell our waitor, but he could see us with all his hair in his face and busy serving guest that ordered way after us. Our drinks also came after main dishes. Loads of better alternatives nearby.

Went there yesterday with my friend for my birthday as I have been gagging for to go for ages. The couple next to us mentioned the service was slow but definitely didn't feel that. We were given enough time from when we sat down to consider choices then orders were taken. You are asked if you had any allergies and careful consideration was taken where the manager had to separately take that particular order and actually checked ingredients to double check. So in a way both our orders were taken at different times and arrived one before the other. BUT who cares as long as you the allergy sufferer is still alive to enjoy the meal and write a review about it afterwards. Plenty of delicious vegan options and the portions were spot on! So Vegans, Plant-based, or just fancy something other than flesh eaters, you will not be disappointed and the staff don't roll their eyes at you if you like to double check it's vegan.

If I could give it a 0 I would worst experience ever. I do not recommend at all. The food was barely edible. After returning the first dish I ate the second one becuase I was so hungry from not eating all day. The only good thing was the vegan steamed bun. Manger has no manners at all. The price was not worth it at all. I want my money back. Staff is not well trained.

I ordered the hot katsu chicken which was really good as well as some prawn gyoza that were really good aswell. However the reason why I left two stars on this is because of the immense use of plastic packaging used for takeaway orders. Everything that we had ordered came in plastic and it was shocking as I have never seen so much plastic used for takeaway.. Maybe next time I should actually eat at the restaurants itself due to this.Im pretty sure its not that hard to pack the food in other materials, it can still hold just as well.. I'm just saying..

Came here for 3 course meal with my girlfriend. The venue is an old firestation. The staff were very friendly and our main server Andrea was excellent very polite and made our visit more enjoyable. I wanted to try Saki for the first time and Andrea recommended having it warmed. The whole meal was delicious for the both of us.

Wagamama is always such a treat and this was no exception. The staff were incredible, super friendly and able to cater to our diary needs. The food was top level and came super quick. The location of this branch as well is lovely and in the old forestation, keeping a lot of the old aesthetics. I loved it!
