Wagamama in Hammersmith and Fulham

A delightful establishment, good food and drinks (alcoholic and non alcoholic) service was good.Almost 5*, what let them down was a member of our party of 9 did not get their food and the staff had to be reminded, also although they take cash there was a delay at the till because someone had paid by this method

Delicious food.However..Spoiled by insufficient staff for a busy Saturday night. Waited a long time for staff to come to us. Eventually took drinks order, then long wait b4 came back for food order. Food came out after long wait with starters and main course altogether, apart from my starter which came after we'd finished eating.

Oh my goodness... what a lovely treat! I have been craving descent steak ramen soup for a while. I needed this so badly. They have a great menu, vegan stuff as well.

We love this place. Old fire station building and food like always in wagamama.

I had the vegatsu which was really good. Service overall was a little slow. I loved Muna's energy, she was very engaging and charismatic.

Went with friend for lunch on Sunday around 2pm. Food was nice but they didn't have salmon. I've never experienced such a slow service, we were ignored by all waitresses while we were sitting in the middle of the restaurant. Waitresses from this shift definitely should change their attitude

Went there yesterday with my friend for my birthday as I have been gagging for to go for ages. The couple next to us mentioned the service was slow but definitely didn't feel that. We were given enough time from when we sat down to consider choices then orders were taken. You are asked if you had any allergies and careful consideration was taken where the manager had to separately take that particular order and actually checked ingredients to double check. So in a way both our orders were taken at different times and arrived one before the other. BUT who cares as long as you the allergy sufferer is still alive to enjoy the meal and write a review about it afterwards. Plenty of delicious vegan options and the portions were spot on! So Vegans, Plant-based, or just fancy something other than flesh eaters, you will not be disappointed and the staff don't roll their eyes at you if you like to double check it's vegan.

If I could give it a 0 I would worst experience ever. I do not recommend at all. The food was barely edible. After returning the first dish I ate the second one becuase I was so hungry from not eating all day. The only good thing was the vegan steamed bun. Manger has no manners at all. The price was not worth it at all. I want my money back. Staff is not well trained.
