wasabi sushi and bento in Hammersmith and Fulham

So I ordered some food, but when it was delivered I found it to be someone else’s order. I called the restaurant and a lovely gentleman named Avi sorted everything out, he was so nice and professional and really helped my situation. Thanks for getting my food to me Avi, God bless you! 🙏

I usually have sushi which is always good. This time I wanted to try a hot dish and went for the chicken chilli noodles, which did not at all live up to my expectations. The chicken was too dry and the noodles were overcooked, I could not finish eating this dish. Next time I'll stick to sushi!

Wasabi as always hasn't disappointed me. The food was spot on. I had crispy Chicken with Katsu souce and rice followed by Strawberry Cheesecake Mochi. It was the exact comfort food one needs when one is cold. What surprised me the most is the excellent customer service provided by Raja. Raja's customer service skills are second to none. Even Michelin star restaurant wouldn't provide such an excellent customer service as Raja did!

Very rude service by one of the people here. I think he is Indian. I saw him touch his nose and I didn't want him to handle my food without gloves then he barked at me. These people without hygiene should not be working in catering.

Ordered a Coconut Salmon Noodle Bowl. The dish was flavourless, the fish was dry and old and so was the noodle. 😐🤮👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻

Whoever packed my delivery was very cheeky. The avocado was so brown. I had to throw the whole thing away because the fish was probably left out and not stored properly as well. The price is also more expensive on Deliveroo compared to buying in store. Very cheeky...

I will just make it short. SEPT. 27 Monday. The staff of this branch is that I am not sure if he is the supervisor of this restaurant. I can only say very poor customer service, very rude and showing aggressive to a customer is that the way he was train? He don't deserve his position. As a staff who is train should know how to handle this kind of situation respectfully to a customers not showing rudeness to a customer. If this staff talk to me calmly we can managed to sort it out. But the way I see is that he doesn't deserve the position where he is now. This kind of attitude should not be tolerated when it happens again to others. And one thing many times I bought a noodle soup the only available toppings all the time is chilles. NO coriander and fried onions. The staffs in this branch needs to be train properly.

BBQ chicken noodles - very dry and just not a nice flavour.

One of my favourite Wasabi branches for the service and delicious food! This wasabi has never failed me in how flavour packed the food comes. The price is also very affordable - however unfortunately, wasabi has scrapped both discount, as well as upping their prices. Otherwise, fantastic!

This is my stop off when heading into the city. Good clean and spacious environment.They have a good selection of hot and cold food, staff have always been welcoming and efficient.The shelves are always freshly stalked up. I would appreciate if there was some thought to supply wooden cutlery as they do with chop sticks, can't bear seeing unused plastic spoons etc being thrown away. But generally l enjoy my food and experience eating here.
