We would like to Thank Irene and the team. We use the Bongo Bar to celebrate our dad's birthday . The addition decorations looked first class , with the kente on the tables and all the centre pieces. Made the celebration extra special!! We had a buffer style meal , which was very tasty . Eunice you were very professioand and attentive to us. An excellent experience 😊

The food here is unreal! The staff are so nice, and really portion sizes for the price, in fact I had to take leftovers home. Highly recommended!

I have eaten here a few times. Food is ok but the service is consistently poor - I truly can't emphasise this enough. Most recently waited over an hour for our food (was not even busy) and after 3 different people coming to re-take our order, when it finally came the order was wrong. Needless to say, we walked out and don't plan on ever returning.

Been ordering here in person over the yearsNever had a bad experience until today. This time it was ridiculous. Ordered online for pick up came to collect 1hour later. No order went through they stated online doesn’t work. I said how is someone at home supposed to know it doesn’t work when everything went through?!? Staff seemed annoyed at me for speaking up. I said forget it and lady said wait it’s coming. So I waited another 15mins. Food came and the fish had no garnish at all(onions&Tomatoes) and my special instructions ignored. What’s is more annoying Food bland. Not worth the money. Will have been good to be offered a discount for the inconvenience. Rude and obnoxious man at front desk too. No sense of social distancing and very abrupt. Won’t be eating here for a long while. Maybe standards will be better.

Hubby ordered the Suya for starters...it was hot but absolutely delicious! I had Fufu, light soup with fish which was lovely. Hubby had Chofi with Fried Yam. That was amazing! There is a station to wash your hands before your meal if you wanted to eat with your hands. Cutlery is provided for those who prefer to use it!

It has been a long time since I last came here. It looks much improved, cleaned and less noisy with loud music. The service was good and professional. Food pricing is reasonable, with goat soup at £6. Nice kelewele (spiced fried plantain) and Guinea fowl (locally known as Akonfɛ). Would recommend.

Tasty food, loud music and pleasant decor. I would have rated it higher if the serving staff had been more attentive. Food came promptly however, experienced unnecessary wait to be served, for table to be cleared and to pay the bill...A few items on the menu were unfortunately not available to order 😔Possibly staffing issues were the reason for the somewhat slack service? But, overall a decent venue 👍🏾

We had to wait over an hour for half of the food. Another 45 mins before the rest arrived. Customer service was very poor. Had to wait 30 mins for the bill and another 20 mins for the change. The toilet was dreadful. They dont take cards. We had to go out to get money from cash machine.

Cannot recommend more highly. The food here is wonderful, really authentic Ghanaian. Really big portions. Afro beats music and imported Ghanaian beers. Wonderful place!
