Cote Brasserie - Highgate in Haringey

Dined with friends celebrating a birthday, Natalia and Nadia made it so special. Lovely champagne, followed by the usual popular mains and lovely desserts and cocktails to finish! Natalia and her colleagues went above and beyond to make sure that we had a lovely time. I have been going to Cotes since 2011 and Highgate Cotes is one of the best ones I have dined at, Thanking Natalia again for her friendly and bubbly personality paired with great professionalism and genuine care for the diners. Thank you Cotes Highgate! :)

Fantastic food, atmosphere and location. Food was delicious. Fish parmentier was delicious, and my partner enjoyed the steak frites. Service was good and reasonable price. I recommend it.

If I would have reviewed the starters alone it would have been five stars! The chicken liver parfait was amazing... however, both mine and my partner's mains were just average, I could cook mussels better at home and the sea bream was tasty but not great. The desert was mediocre, though well presented. The worst part of the whole experience was the acoustic of the room, it's somehow loud without being loud... If I was in the area and just fancied a small bite with a glass of wine, I'd probably come again but not for a full meal.

On our visit we found service somewhat inattentive (though friendly) despite being relatively empty, and the food was very disappointing - it all seemed way too overcooked and/ or microwaved. 'Crispy' white bait weren't crispy at all, gratin potatoes were soft, mushy and swimming in sauce, and a simple side of peas and green beans turned up looking cremated.

Excellent French restaurant. Any time of the day breakfast, lunch or dinner. Reasonably priced. Excellent food. Fresh tasty and filling.I went on a Saturday and reserved my table. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Absolutely loved it here. Food was delicious, I had the fish pie and crème caramel which I recommend. Decor is beautiful, very clean toliets and polite staff. Social distancing was also done well and all staff had masks.

Fantastic place great food and friendly staff. Only went in for some warm milk for the wee one ended up for a meal. Really enjoyed our visit the staff were really nice and very friendly.

Very elegant place superb food and a very nice wine selection. We had a lovely experience overall even the staff was great. Not the cheapest but for a reason. I will go back.
