Crystal in Haringey

I called on the 08/02/2022 to reserve a table for valentines day by the window. I was told "that's no problem". I had called a few times including the same day of my reservation to make sure the booking was written down with the request of the window (not wanting to get there and there was no communication of my request). I've been to this restaurant a few times and like the atmosphere so chose it for valentines day. So we turned up only to be seated no where near the window! What is the point of making a reservation and being told its fine for where I requested to sit if you can't fulfil this? I won't be returning again . A whole week in advance, plus calling 2 hours before the reservation time to make sure and you just seated us anywhere and no where near where we asked for!.

Update: Visited Recently on October 2021 and I will give it a 2 star now.Since my last review, I've been to this place many times and every time I've had bad experiences.The attitudes of staff is really poor and quality of the food has gone down. I used to think highly of this place but not anymore.Last time went with the family to celebrate my daughter's A level result and my son's GCSE result. It was a really bad experience, what was supposed to be a celebration turned out to be a disappointment. They didn't serve what was ordered and change the order because they didn't have what we ordered in stock. So they decided to serve us alternatives without asking us. When we highlighted this they just brushed it off and said the we should have and then walked away. I can't really go too much into this on this review but just will say, NEVER GOING THERE AGAIN

Service is very poor, ordered a plater and didn’t give everything food was missing they was busy which is understandable however, should have at-least told us that some food on the menu is finished. Made us wait for like 35 min for the order to come I informed several members of staff they didn’t do anything about that or even cared for us didn’t even apologise no professionalism at all.

Got takeaway for my wife's 61st birthday, I'm 69 and we got married last year. She had chops of which there were 4 each and I had the salmon which had 2 generous portions. Food absolutely delicious. My salmon was best I have ever tasted and my wife was very happy with her chops. Nice salads and chips with both and also garlic dip and beautiful fresh flatbread. Ready very quick excellent service beautiful food and would highly recommend 👌 blessings brother John.

excellent place... food was amazing. huge portions. very reasonable price. during lunch time place look busy. however the food was delivered fairly quickfriendly staff. polite and very professional service

I'm a lamb donner lover but I have found chicken donner also delicious at CRYSTAL Restaurant at wood green ... Delicious food and professional chef and friendly staff.

Good portion sizes and tasty meats in the sharing platter. The rice and bulgar was seasoned well too. Good value for money, service a bit slow which is why I have left 4 stars.

Isn't first time coming here! I LOVE RETURNING here... allways welcoming and large dining area is comfortable... Food always right in time and doesn't allow you to starve any longer ;) Beautiful Restaurant with great choice of dishes for different preferences. And always go for a glass of tea at end !!! Will make you feel less guilty of indulging so much here...

Bloody awesome food, super great customer service, delicious taste of all food. Cold beer, fantastic proper Turkish coffee. For the price of 2 bigmac meal and 2 other meal we're fullfull and took home more than half of the sharing dish. Chicken well cooked, tasty and not dry. Salads are crispy and fresh. Not overpriced, well worth the double sharer. Thanks again Crystal Team! Well done! 1000% recommend! See you back soon!
