Dynasty in Haringey

I have ordered from this Chinese 3 times and every time the order has been wrong. I was promised after the second wrong order that if we ordered again they would ensure it was correct and they would include the items they didn’t send on time 1 and 2. This evening I ordered for the third time and called the restaurant to ask them to include the previously missing items…they were very nice and said that would be no problem! However, our food arrived emptied all over the bag it was delivered in (delivery drivers fault of course) and none of the previous missing items included!! We called again and were promised the order be resent with their own driver as this one was inedible and again the missing items be included! We waited half an hour more and still no delivery so I checked Deliveroo and the order had been sent by bike when we were promised by car to make up for the disaster!! Called the restaurant again and they told us they sent it by bike because their drivers car was too slow…it has now been 2 hours since we made our third order which has been a disaster and still no food!! Would not recommend

Great food, clean and well staffed. Staff is polite and look after their customers will definitely be going back there Great place to eat.

I brought two dishes one meat the other noodles first of all more expensive than most. Which would not have been so bad if it had been nice. But I must of had one whole onion lots of other vegetables but very little meat in my meat noodle dish. The meat dish was slightly better but not enough because I ordered a meat dish and not vegetable dish. Don’t waste your money.

Great food and service! Only snag was a bit chilly upstairs. Very reasonable price for fabulous all you can eat menu!

Just received a takeaway from here.The shredded chilly beef was soggyThe chilli chilli chicken consisted mainly of onions (70% of the take away box)The egg fried rice was was not fried and very soggyWe had two orders of vegetable noodles. They were inedible. Once the box was opened we were instantly hit with a burnt smell.The taste followed suit.Extremely disappointed and would advise to eat elsewhere

Just got back from a family birthday meal for about 40 people and had a really lovely time and delicious food.The staff were friendly attentive and helpful. Food was all you can eat but the choice was from the full menu and extensive.I can honestly say the food was some of the best Chinese I have tasted.There was a vegetarian amongst our number and his tastes were catered for, with a wide variety of dishes.I can highly recommend a visit.

Visited on a sat evening, food overall was pleasantly nice, the younger waitress was very attentive and had great customer service skills, the older lady serving was rude and one point waved her hands at our table shouting "not now, not now!!" the restaurant was not busy however I have never been spoken to like that so was certainly taken aback, We did however leave a tip for the younger waitress though.

The food is nice but the portions are small. Really tasty but you would have to pay the eat as much as you want price to get full value for money. Which cost us alot for a family of 5 with 3 children. The waitress on the other hand was lovely and friendly.They had the best black bean sauce meals and butterfly prawns I have eaten in ages.Just need to increase the size of the portions

We used to enjoy eating dynasty food, loved the salt and pepper prawns even though it was quite expensive but didn’t mind spending the money. That was back a few years ago however god no’s what has happened either they changed the chef or they just don’t care but I can tell you now it’s horrible.. no taste no flavour and not even the prawns are made right, over cooked and half the batter falling off. We used to order almost every other week and my daughter being a great cook herself was so upset that her favourite dishes were completely different and tasteless that now just won’t order again. What a shame considering there are so many restaurants in South Woodford and out of all of them this Dynasty restaurant was probably the best one, and now I can say it’s probably not going to be the best but just another ordinary restaurant like all the other ones around.. sorry but a big thumbs down ! 👎🏽😿

Very nice food. Bit pricier than the competition. I really enjoy their prawn in black bean sauce, but the sweet and sour chicken isn't my favourite, too many onions. When you find a good dish it's really good but they don't all hit the mark. Nice place to eat in. Staff are friendly.
