La Lluna in Haringey

FYI all my Stars goes to the food! Service was really bad specially the part where I needed something, I finally managed to have eye contact with the waitress and she made me shout across the restaurant asking for what I needed instead of coming to the table. That was hilarious!! Or the part where we needed a spoon and there wasn't anyone to ask despite the place not being busy so at the end we gave up! I can't imagine what it would be like when the place is busier. Anyway back to the food, everything we ordered was amazing thanks to the chef. Portions are big which is brilliant the only downside is that you don't get to try more delicious tapas before you get too full 😊 so bigger groups have more advantage . The restaurant ambience it self was really cute, very well presented and it's very big. That's why a place like that definitely needs more experienced staff. We will go back for more delicious food through.

So we've never had a decent tapas restaurant in borough of Barnet as far as I know. Well now we have. Great food, even fried stuff not greasy. Good quick service even though restaurant busy being a Saturday night. Staff really friendly, attentive. Well recommended!

Visited on a Monday evening. Staff are friendly and welcoming. The restaurant has a great atmosphere with a mixture of bar seats, large tables and more intimate tables for couples. Food is delicious with options available to suit most needs. Will definitely visit again!

The place was nice, you can have cocktails as well as enjoy some spanish food. The range of cocktails was a bit poor. Anyway, I enjoyed the night spend in there with good company 😊

Lively atmosphere, very buzzing. Friendly staff and quick service. Food was good but some dishes (such as scallops) were overly seasoned and too salty to eat by itself. Black ink risotto was my favourite dish out of all.

Honest review: I stopped there for a breakfast over a month ago. 20min waited for someone to give me menu and take the order; another 25min for breakfast to arrive. I was waiting all together 45min to eat something! And it was not busy, most of the waitress were chatting and laughing at the bar. Customers next to me also complained for lack of interest from the staff. All I got was a fresh juice served in broken glass.After 45min hungry willing to pay only for the juice, they offered me the juice as a free will.. I went for breakfast to opposite cafe and I was served immediately, I enjoyed the food:)I have to say I did retuned for dinner another day to La Lluna, the fish was bit undercooked, portions very small, spend some much money!! We didn’t like the atmosphere either; boss lady was standing behind me while we were eating and she was observing us (?) uncomfortable.Again, I went somewhere else for proper lovely meal. Me or my friends will not come back to this restaurant!

Loved the food & service, can't wait to return for another fabulous tapas.

Food is amazing.. we had loads of food but ate it before could I take a picture.. a must visit.. dishes reasonable priced and everything was just 10 out of 10 couldn’t fault it one bit. Staff was friendly and helpful also

Nice selection of tapas, service a bit slow. Very buzzing place. Had at least 5 groups/tables celebrating a birthday, song, candles and clapping.

Delicious tapas and excellent service. The decor and music are a bit on the nose Spanish. Like, how many paintings of women in red dresses do you really need? Prices could be lower. But each dish is like a little artwork in itself. The vegetarian options don’t disappoint either. It’s very pleasant to sit inside just next to the street in summertime.
