Always spotless - food, service, delivery, etc. Friendly staff, food is ready for no time and delivery service is great. We love their food, the prices are affordable and the amount of food is much more comparing to other places' portions. We have been their regular customers for quite long time and keep going on.

Ive not been here for a whille. Normslly its ok. But this time my food was really dry. ?? I almost choked on my noodles. This didnt taste fresh. Very disapointed customer.

Terrible experience, the food was all overcooked and some of it was actually inedible and delivery took over an hour. Either this place has gone down hill very quickly or these other reviewers were born without taste buds. Just one example - the prawn toast was just burnt toast covered in grease, no hint of prawns at all.. Never again, AVOID.

Service is good with an quick delivery time, great if you have a 10 minutes spare or you are travelling from somewhere. The place gives you that traditional Chinese food smell and look when you first enter, amazing if you want good food on a budget.

i ordered veg rice noodles.. the veg consists of 2 slice of carrots 2 halfs of mushroom. 2 walter chestnuts 2 slice of cabbage layed on the top. cost over £5 for that.. the pancake roll was over done and very greasy. the lid on my sweet and sour sauce was not fitted properly by the tim i got home it had spilt out.. the only good thing was the salt and chilli prawns even they were chewy. last time they forgot the drink. dont think i will be ordering from them again.

I ordered Singapore chow mein that was disgusting. Full of egg and pasta overdone, when I rang shop, no customer service, very flippant and not interested. Another customer lost.

Delivery can be a big problem. We live 15 mins away and a couple of months ago had the worst experience ever. They took 2 and a half hours to deliver because they were short of drivers. At no point did the lady on the phone tell us it was going to be that long, every time we called she would say it's on its way or he's just left. The drive by car to my house is 10 mins away. It's disgusting customer service and they did not even give any money off the order! One of the people waiting for the food with us was diabetic caused issues in the wait for the food as they had already taken their I junction. Another time I also ordered they forgot to put in the drinks bottle. Even thou the food is good there is a big problem with the customer service and delivery. The woman in the found did not sound apologetic at all. Rude woman and rude customer service. Very disappointed!

Best Chinese take away we've had in London. Affordable seems like quality ingredients not fake tasting at all. Had several different options all were good. Beef ginger and kung po were favourites.

My whole entire family has been coming here for over 15years, the food is excellent, the service is great, and even though I have grown up and moved out of London I still make the drive down to get my takeaway from them ALWAYS!!! No1 makes food like them.
