Pizza Hut in Haringey

*** DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS PIZZA HUT ***Unless of course you want:- To wait 1-2 hours for your pizza- Have some of your order not turn up- Be promised to have missing items sent, and they never turn up… in which case go ahead. It’s your money after all.

Ordered from this store never arrived when I called to check they said they could not find the address and closed the phone on my fave without even attempting to call when here. Very rude delivery driver and store staff Avoid att all costs.

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE SERVICE! If I could give 0 stars I ABSOLUTELY WOULD! I paid for a 1.5L tango drink THAT SHOULD HAVE CAME WITH MY ORDER, INCLUDING 4 SIDES THAT DID NOT ARRIVE. Called them a ridiculous amount of times, 4 of which they picked up, said they are sending the driver and then NOTHING! I ordered at 8! It’s now 10:20pm. ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING SERVICE. Keeps hanging up in my face after saying “one moment please”. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE. I CAN NOT EVEN GET A REFUND. ABYSMAL. They should all get fired. Bloody ruined my valentines evening.

Food did not even get cooked! Waiting for 1:30 min for nothing. They put you on hold, literally put the phone down and can here everything what there talking about. Just having a conversation. Disaster. Avoid

If I could give 0 stars I would. Sub par pizza and rude staff. Never received a refund after cancelling and have been chasing for it for the past month. They keep telling me to call back at a different time. Just avoid and save yourself the hassle and regret

Worst customer experience , literally waited 1 hour for food. Pathetic manager did not listen to anything I've said it was like speaking to a brick wall , do not order from this place. its run by amateurs.

Very rude stuff!!!! I ordered couple of pizzas and there were missing pizzas, hungry family waiting for 2 hours to eat!! Rude woman on the phone arguing with me when I’ve paid so much money! Extremely poor quality, the one pizza that arrived wasn’t fresh meat either it smelled! Disgusting never eating Pizza Hut again!

Absolutely sh*t service. Ordered 2 pizzas after 40 mins wait i called and the woman was so rude and frustrated, 1 hour later food arrives but only 1 pizza!!! 2nd pizza missing!! I called back and they said it will be sent in 20 minutes. 40 minutes later I call back and the same woman is so rude and and tells me she doesn’t know where it is and hangs up! Ridiculous don’t order from here!

2nd time ordering from this branch and surprise, surprise they missed my sides. When I called the excuse was "Well we are busy". Do I can wait another 40 mins for two sides, which is no point as the main meal will have been finished or wait 7 days for a refund?! Disgusting service, tried to give them another shot. Never Again!!!Avoid like the plague!

RUINED MY EVENING!!Ordered a pizza from these jokers last night...a catalogue of errors ensued!Having waited an hour, I call up for an update on my order. Told it's left the shop and will be with me in 20 minutes.20 minutes pass and I call up again. I'm now told the pizza has been delivered. It hasn't! I'm then told the order will be made again and sent out. 30 minutes later I receive the order...however it's now missing the drink. When I quiz the driver I'm told it's standard to only include hot food in a miss delivery. I explain I've yet to receive anything...didn't see anything of the first delivery.I must have called the shop four times throughout this ordeal. Each time I got the distinct feeling there was zero interest in resolving and making good of the errors.A poorly run store with zero care for its customer! Doesn't even deserve 1 star. Awful!!
