Great selection of beers. Love the Lervig Loudspeaker. Delicious and great value. However, very disappointing burghers. Dry and overcooked. Overcooked chips that were so brown it seemed like they'd been cooked in old oil. Next time we'll drink here and eat elsewhere.

Great place, vast choice of craft and unusual beers, very friendly, fantastic atmosphere. Always a good time, will try to dine here soon. Very dog friendly too

Love this pub. Came for the Track tap takeover.... the beers and food were amazing! The staff are very friendly and welcoming. Jess the landlady is the funniest and most welcoming person I've met and she really knows her beers!

Nice atmosphere but the food needs improving. All of our food way very very salty. The vegan 'chickn' burger was basically a vegan beef style burger in batter, so wasn't as advertised.Would definitely go back again for drinks as its a nice comfortable atmosphere. But wouldn't bother with food.

Amazing staff, great food. Bar staff are so welcoming and very lgbtq+ friendly. Amazing beer selection.Staff are amazingly welcoming. Wouldn’t go anywhere else.Best burger in crouch end/Hornsey. So juicy and tasty.Couldn’t recommend enough and couldn’t praise the chef enough.

Plenty of pints and healthy conversations had at this place. The beer range is class and beaten by no one in north London. Great space. Accommodate kids well. Quiz is tops. Can’t rate it enough as my local.

I held an event here last week. I’ve never been to the Great Northern Railway Tavern before. What a lovely pleasant surprise. The 3 managers Jess, Ciara and Ayshe were so warm and friendly. They helped me with all that I needed to know about setting up my event and allowed me to advertise my event for free on their A-Board outside the pub.The pub itself has a very enticing warm glow about it. The atmosphere is calm. The lights dimmer halfway through the evening for that extra warm feeling. The tables have tall tapered candles on them with little vases of flowers for that extra ambience.I doubt very much indeed if you would find a bar fight in this pub.I went there on a Tuesday evening. The clientele seem to be locals who have just come out for something to eat and drink.I heard that the chips are a bit dry, but other than that I’ve not heard of any other complaints about the food. One slight negative that I guess can’t really be avoided is that the toilets are on the second floor and by the time I got there I was quite rather breathless at my age of 61 years. But overall I will definitely be going to this fabulous Tavern again.

Great and cosy atmosphere and with a wide variety of local beers. However, the food was poorly made and on the pricey side. I did hear a lot of good things about this pub but that was almost 2 years ago but since then it seems that lot of things have changed to the worse. If the management does not change something with either the food or the prices, soon this will become a pub that you love to hate.

This place made me laugh! A lovely "off the grid" Fuller's pub offering all sorts of beer Away from the usual menu! Don't worry, Pride is still on tap. Absolutely lovely staff, ready to find you a drink you like . A happy family pub with smiles all around. Function room upstairs and a patio garden out the back. A lovely visit. It all made me smile.

My husband and I celebrated our marriage at the pub in June, and the venue and everyone who works there were amazing! We wanted to say a huge thank you for such a great evening. They were very communicative, helped us plan the day, set up the beautiful room upstairs, provided great food and drink, and were a joy to have share our special day with!
