Chips were cold and burnt and chicken was average, very rude customer service too.

Very poor customer service. Requested something and they hanged up. On second call was called a "punda". Not sure what that meant but very likely a offensive word. Remained silent and did not retaliate. It's obvious they only care about the money and not their customers.

Best Wings in London, and Chickent Filet burger is great as well. Would not recommend the non chicken products tho, and service is very friendly and community based, so they will get to know you.

My husband took me to one of his old haunts....I'd never heard of Zam's before! I honestly loved it lol.... Delicious food, well packaged, and really friendly service :-)

Stay away from this place very due & grumpy staff. The skinny Asian guy is really rude towards customer..Will take my business next door much better food & customer service

I go here daily to eat the delicious chicken and fries. To top it off the pizza was amazing. The price is reasonable but the food is too good to be priced like that. The new management/staff are really friendly and nice. Therefore i would strongly recommend Zams Chicken to any customers.

I went there with my family to have lunch. We ordered wings, chips and pizza. The chips and wings tasted decent, however the pizza topping- pepperoni was burnt and we had to remove the toppings to have it. Also, whilst eating a slice of pizza I found a short hair stuck on the base of the pizza. I went up to the guy who served us and told him. He removed the hair with a pair of tong probably thought I would eat the same slice. Instead of apologising, he said the hair could have been one of my family members, who were all females. I couldn't believe what he was saying- was he actually blaming it on us? That's so ridiculous. It ruined my whole mood. Customer service was appalling and I would never recommend this place to anyone. I was very disgusted by their service.
