Very tasty Milkshake and ice cream 🍦 and I will come back again for more

Bought a 9inch so called ice cream cake from this shop today 15/06. Ash served me.I asked if this cake has biscuits or flour ie has gluten or not ? They confirmed it does not have gluten.They are bunch of liars and crooks. The so called icecream has a base made of flour sponge. The ice cream is rubbish and so sweet full of sugar. Paid £39.99 not worth 3p.Avoid this shop or brand not worth it. Baskin Robins USA should be ashamed to have this brand here with the rubbish they are selling.

I really enjoyed the flavour of the ice cream flavours I selected, however I did not enjoy the fact that the ice cream was freezer burnt. I expect a certain level of quality when paying the same amount as a tub of grom ice cream from Waitrose for two scoops. Having hard crystals of ice in my mouth when eating my ice cream is a clear cut sign that the owners are skimping on the way their ice cream is refrigerated. I will not be visiting this branch again, but I most likely will try another store for the same flavours and see if this issue is present as I’m quite partial to candy flavoured ice cream.

I went in with no clue what I wanted but needed a sugary pick me up - she talked me through the options, gave me suggestions, and let me try a few things before making my choice!!! Her service with a smile was so refreshing as not many London establishments are this polite with customers that require extra time. I had a mind blowing combo of white chocolate strawberry ice cream with rockslide brownie (of course it's baskins so its good). I sat and ate my treat in the parlor, and watched how every customer was treated with such care and I was delighted to see that - all your staff are great - specially Kinjal ;) . This really made my day as moving from abroad and being accustomed to a friendlier atmosphere this was such a breath of fresh air. Taste - Service - Cleanliness - Value for money - all tick! And you have a sugar free ice cream now that TASTES BOMB!!!! (my new second home!)

Extremely unprofessional staff, I called them just a while ago as I placed an order via Justeat, my order was stolen by the rider which was anyways making me furious then on top of that the unprofessional staff of Baskin robins was so rude didn’t even confirm If they had given the order to a rider or no and instead rudely disconnected the line 3 times by saying he can’t hear me or can’t see any such order number. Despite Justeat processing the refund my money will still be stuck for next 7-9 working days and the restaurant doesn’t even have courtesy to speak to customers politely. Politeness and customer service manners doesn’t need a masters degree it’s basic manners and humanity is all they need. I would say don’t order from them as we know a lot of local restaurants suffering where the staff of such brands end up being rude to their customers.

Nice sitting area and all staff are very good behaviour with us, moreover this shop is situated in nice place and finally I have to suggest you the banana caramel and pistachios flavour are so good so if you have some time just try it over there.

Went here last minute and was not disappointed! Tasty as always 😋

Always a treat going here with family. Everyone enjoy a treat here. The staff needs to keep the few tables which are for sitting in clean. Also the area around the table needs regular clean up.
