Food is delicious and the service is the best! The place is very relaxing and it's great to be surrounded by art and lots of books. The view from the terrace is idyllic! Cherry on top, it is dog friendly and even though I don't have a pet I sometimes get to pet some dogs as the fellow customers are usually very nice. The area is beautiful! I come here often and will keep doing it in the future ☺️

We’ve come to this place quite a few times as it is in a nice location and the coffee was ok. However on our last visit, the coffees were badly made, my food was completely bland and tasted cheap. They initially forgot my friend’s order and then brought an incomplete/wrong item. We informed them and the waiter threw on a side of cheese but this was still wrong. At this point, the waiter looked too stressed, we were starving and had to leave.Whilst the waiter was apologetic, one of the owners was very rude, accusatory and refused to acknowledge or apologise for their mistakes. We were asking as they seemed short-staffed and it is disappointing when restaurants refuse to accept any feedback. They have lost a previously loyal customer.

Food was amazing. The crepe and eggs and mushrooms, I loved them and would easily rate them 10/10.On the other hand, the drinks were not as good at all, 2/5. Chocolate drink barely sweet and quite mild in taste, flat white coffee was closer to white americano with a bit of foam. I would expect more quality for a hefty bill of £50 for 2+2.

Love coming here for a breakfast, brunch and lunch! Love the Battels omelette! Such a nice ambience, with gorgeous art surrounding you. Plus there is a beautiful little terrace with views over Harrow on the hill and beyond!

Really nice and calm place to go for a good catch up with a friend. Coffee is good and the crepes ara amazing. The only downside I find is the draft of cold air, as they have a terrace at the back and the front door open it gets chilly in there.

Just happened to bump into this gem of a shop while running, just to takeaway a coffee. But we had to sit down for the coffee and then some breakfast just given the beautiful view from the balcony seats. Excellent coffee and great food as well. Don't miss it!

Love their coffee & their setting! Quiet and peaceful like a cafe should be. :)

Food was okay, coffee is good and the staff and service is up to the mark. The ambiance is what draws me there every time, whether the scenic backside terrace or cozy indoors. The French touch really has a charm.

Informal relaxed cafe vibes. Balcony over-looking beautiful formal gardens. Good coffee. Kids enjoy the strawberry milkshake. Recommend the crepes!

Best French fish soup in the area. Good cream tea. Nice atmosphere. Friendly staff.
