Bru Coffee & Gelato Harrow in Harrow

I am coming here since 1 year . All staff members are really nice. They make coffees and frappes how I want it and they have never disappointed me ever. I am really fussy about my order but I got however I want all the time . Thanks to the Bru team . Cheers.

This is a wonderful place to hang out with friends and family.Service is good and quick.Menu is plentiful, lot of options to choose from. Reasonably priced.Last week , I had need here with ny lil one and my friend. We ordered milkshakes and coffee and everything was upto the mark.I felt the quantity of milkshake was too much but it kept me full for next 3-4 hrs.Must visit place. Highly recommend.

Not a great first visit experience. Coffee was a fair quality, but the service was marred by the poor understanding, and were not in a very helpful mood, choosing to omit information about the choices available. You can create a great looking place, but if the service is lacking, I'm sorry to say, the return is not guaranteed. Well done to the barrister at least for creating a bit of love in the coffee.

I have been coming here for a few years and it’s become my ‘go to’ place locally. The management and staff are always friendly and accommodating.The menu is extensive and there is something for everyone in terms of what’s on offer. The atmosphere is warm and inviting too.Overall, it’s a great place to visit whether you want to study, socialise, or take away. 😊

A great place to enjoy a coffee or dessert. I enjoyed the waffle. Ample seating means you can get a nice and quiet place to sit and enjoy the Bru! Also a good place to catch up with friends or family in a nice relaxing atmosphere. Worth a visit!

Great decor. The staff is very hard working. Coffee is not up to my standards😅, I drank much better coffee at Kahalia or Rubio🤭 Coffee beans need to be upgraded. The milk also needs to be a special creamy milk.😁

The asian lady need a proper training. I ordered a rose tea and she gave me a black tea with a dirty mug. When I asked her for another mug she gave me a broken mug. She is very rude and she never smile to the customers. 4 people on the counter,nobody on the floor. Tables was sticky and dirty.In hospitality the customers service skills are so important.The owner pay 4 people on the shift for nothing. Never again in this place.

The desserts are very good Especially the waffles and the milkshakes are also nice. I would definitely recommend to everyone
