Cafe Express in Harrow

Done the order on just eat but somebody from the caffe decided to cancel my order because they were to lazy this morning!!I called the caffe and the guy I spoke with said they cancelled my order because they don’t do sandwiches!!

I ordered the Roast Lamb which was accompanied by roast potatoes, 3 veges (cabbage, carrots and peas), a Yorkshire pudding and gravy - all for only £8.99!!!! It tasted absolutely fab, esp the lamb, gravy and roast potatoes 😋 They gave a generous portion and delivery was quick too. Thank you Café Express!

I have honestly never come across a cafe with such poor service. The food arrived cold and had multiple missing items. When we called the cafe, the man on the phone was so so rude and claimed that the items missing were not ordered or on their menu. Not only this, the bacon was uncooked in such way that it looked like it was thrown on a pan for less than 30seconds. We had to contact deliveroo to complain about this poor service and to request a full refund as the man on the phone hung up on us when we were explaining the situation. I am so disappointed in this cafe as I have ordered from them previously and the same poor service and missing items occurred prior.

Been regular customers but stopped going there since last year. The last time was with my mum and sister and brother. 4 of us waited more than 45 minutes for our food. Lots of customers came later and got their food before us and we were there earlier and still waiting. My sister severely autism disabled and non verbal gets agitated and still they let us waiting. No explanation. Must be because we are the only one who is non white skin. Bad service.

Ordered takeaway only to receive one item that wasn’t even on my order , I gave the driver back the food , called them and the response I got was literally rude , apparently it wasn’t their problem and I should take it up with just eat , not even prepared to try and help . He kept on insisting what order I received and said no it wasn’t any of my order , taking over me the whole time with the call ending and not even a goodbye . I’m still without food and down in pocket , thanks a lot

We had dinner here today. The Spag Bol was really tasty, I was also pleased with my sausage, mash, beans, Gravy and onions with a Latte coffee. Chips were OK too.

Terrible experience. Waited over 2 and a quarter hours for a delivery, ended up having to phone twice for updates during waiting, and was told that it would be arriving soon... And it obviously didn't. Person on the phone was barely sympathetic and said they wouldnt refund, and fobbed us off by saying we'd have to talk to Just Eat for that which we then had confirmed was not true. When we finally got the food, it was basically mush and hardly warm. There was an item missing and instead of orange juice, we'd got Fanta. Tried phoning again about it but line was constantly busy or just cutting off. Won't be using them again.

Funny that it's called express when the service is anything but. Cheap, food isn't bad, staff were friendly. If you're not in a hurry and don't mind waiting over 30 minutes for a fry up. There are pubs in the area which will cost the same price and get much faster service. Having said that there were customers who sat down after us and had food before us maybe we were just unlucky.

Wasen't happy at all i ordered delivery for 18.30 and the driver turned up at 5.10 and told them it wasent supposed to be delivered till 18.30 and he looked confused and he showed me the receipt which even said delivery time 18.30. Then the food was deliever at 18.30 and burger was fine but the chips tasted soggy like they reheated the food and gave it to the driver to send back. Also the driver didnt have the right change and said he would pop back and give me the change and he didnt. So i rang up the cafe next morning and explained to them and told me that he will give me the money today. Which still hasent happened im so annoyed and will definetly not be ordering or eating in their again. I would say to people to avoid this place

I ordered 2 kinds mean and one meal for me and I had to wait 70 mins for my delivery. When the delivery guy came he would even called me yo come down and get the food. And he also didn't even knocked on the door. As we live in a house with more flats on women had to come knocking on my door to let me know that the food had arrived. He stayed at my fore for 20 mins. When I got back to my flat I opened the food and it was really soggy and my kids didn't even wanted to eat the food and also didn't I bcz it's stone cold as well. When I called the restaurant the man told me that it's impossible so the food it's cold and the burger to fall apart bcz of the bread. Literally there was water coming out of the bred. I had to do the brunch myself wile I threw the food to the bin. And also he then put me on hold for 5 mins after that there was a woman very rude was speaking to me and telling me that she herself packed the food and it's impossible for the food to be soggy and falling apart. We stayed about 10 mins arguing over the phone and when I asked to refund she started shouting on me and telling me that she had been very polite with me until now and that I will not get any refund as they don't do refunds. And than she hung up the call on me.I'm not even willing to give one star as this restaurant should not even be opened at all.
