Cafe Nero, Stanmore, Middlesex in Harrow

Easily the best coffee. Love the app, easy loyalty card points saving method, love ordering as I walk towards the shop, and love the staff in Stanmore and the other branches I frequent - always friendly and dogs welcome! Bonus is the cracker prizes on the app!!

Tasty coffee! Always an enjoyable visit to this Stanmore branch. Nice consistent staff, particularly Josh who takes the time to have a chat particularly to the kids! Thanks for always accomodating out special requests☺️

I would give it no stars based on my today's experience. Visited the café at about 1pm. The young female barista seemed fed up and was taking it out on the customers. She was so rude I didn't order and left. I have been going to this place for many years and never had an issue but after today I will not be going back. This Barista used to work for Costa and presumably was sacked from there due to her attitude. She should not be doing this job.

Your staf ho is beginners is ridiculous yo pay a lot of money for a cup of ( tea.cofee....)Need more discipline and to smile more and to hear very good then someone's make a order thanks

Busy café conveniently located on the high street. The staff is friendly and knows how to make good espresso. Cleaned regularly despite being busy when I visited.

Nice place. It opens well before most cafes in the area, so it is a good place to take morning coffee if you go out very early.

Very rude staff, no eye contact, lazy not interested at all in client service.maybe they need to go back and learn some manners. The gents that work there on the other hand are excellent. I would love an area manager, if he is interested to make contact with me

The store is quite small so the counter gets quite busy and staff are overstretched at times but do their best. You do feel for them at times but they are usually friendly and helpful. Queues are often quite long.Click and collect tends to be very slow so you often have to wait around quite a bit. Or they just cancel your order which is frustrating.

Nero is my favourite Coffee chain , glad they are in Stanmore , wish there were more branches in this area

They have just the best coffee I have tasted.Excellent and friendly service.Red velvet cake was very yummy.Really enjoyed it.Also it was very cleanNew photos added today vegan chocolate cheesecake tastes better than the normal one and cheese and tomato tostado my new favourite toasty.
