Always excellent customer service in this branch. The atmosphere is calm, relaxing and is a great place to chill out on your own or with friends. When you sit inside the cafe you'll feel like you're in a part of secret London away from all the hustle and bustle of Harrow!

I went there today with my family and I had a horrible experience. There were 2 barista girls in The Caffe and the slim one with many earrings was so arrogant and aggressive, that it was unbelievable. Unfortunately she was unable to make drinkable lattes and cappuccino for us and forgot to add some cream on the top of latte as well, even if I had asked it previously.Instead of apologize, she started to shout at me, who I am a middle- aged lady. Her behaviour was just shame, shame shame.

I just give one star because I could not give less.Today me, my sister and my mother popped in this store, on the 01.02.2022 at about 14.45.This was a horrible experience as we were threatened by the barista girl, she is a white lady who has long brown hair with a lower Pony tail and she is slim and short, with many earrings. If Anyone attends to this store beware of this woman because she is dangerous and the grumpiest barista in whole London.Firstly we asked a seasonal gingerbread latte and a Coconut Chai. She was very agressive when we showed her our full stamp card and she did not want to give the free drink. After this struggle she gave finally 2 drinks, but instead of our orders we got 2 white Americano....I am really glad and lucky that I recognised that she had given regular milk instead of the laktose free milk because I have lactose intolerance.....Regarding my mother ,she asked this lady kindly some cream as she ordered a seasonal version of the Gingerbread latte, what should have had cream on it, and the barista demanded the money for the cream. How can she dare to behave like this? She was not able to make a drinkable coffee however she is a black T-shirt barista, not a trainee, and instead of apologise she started to shout at us and swearing.(just to add :trainees give much better quality drinks than this woman). So please I kindly ask everyone to avoid this lady, otherwhise you will be shouted agressively or might be worst...

I give 0 star for the brunette batista 's behaviour. She was really unpolite and aggressive us when I ordered a cappuccino and I received an americano. I have never experienced such an arrogant and aggressive behaviour at Caffe Nero SHE IS THE WORST BARISTA EVER. How can she shout with the customers? Is it allowed at Nero brand?

This was my first visit as it looked pretty quiet inside, I thought I would treat myself to one of their lovely black Americanos. I also had an egg sandwich and a packet of kettle crisps.Seeing as though it was quite early in the afternoon, about 12.30pm, I was surprised there was not much of a selection in the cabinet at the counter. To be honest, the cafe was a little grubby looking/feeling but the lady who served me was lovely. I sat at the back and enjoyed my time, feeling quite relaxed. I noticed the toilet was out of order, an inconvenience to some but there are toilets in the nearby St Anne's centre. Will I go back? Probably, Cafe Nero makes the best coffee in my opinion. Be nice if they gave it a good freshen up inside to make it seem more inviting.

Our almost daily hang out place. Love my coffee with a dash of coconut milk

I didn't feel welcome. Customer service wasn't great. Once again, Coffee Nero's standards on beverage production continue to change at every point of sale.

Nice small Nero's. Friendly staff. Neat and tidy. The selection of bakery they have, tastes really nice aswell. Normally quite busy. Seats are available outside too.
