Capriccio Pizza in Harrow

Awful customer service, rang up multiple times to be told its been ready ages just waiting for a driver. Food arrived cold unsurprisingly. Was hung up on multiple times. Don't order from here not worth the money, expensive and not worth the wait or rude staff.

Love the pizza from this place. You can get good pizza with good cheese and good toppings fair enough, but the here dough evolves it to the next level and the wood fire method really adds character to the pizza.

Best pizza I've had. Pickup, always ready within 20 minutes. Delicious, would recommend.

Excellent fresh pizzas…. Way better than Dominos Pizza hut papa jones tops or any chains…. Good quality toppings too. The base so thin and nice and crispy. Even the team is so friendly!!

Ordered late at night as we’d had a rough night with young baby. The delivery had not arrived after an hour so we called to enquire. During the call, the doorbell rang which we’d specifically requested not to happen so as not to wake our child. The man on the phone shouted at me saying it was our fault for ordering takeaway so late & we should manage our time better. The delivery arrived incomplete, late and with no apology… just verbal abuse:(

The pizza comes cold!The order takes an hour and a half to be delivered and they claim they always busy but its a lie, I know a guy there!They don't include the dips anymore like they used to, even if you buy them they don't delivery the right amount of dips you buy it's always less, it happened to me twice already!They are very rude on the phone!Horrible customer service, all they want is to make money nothing else!!!Useless service!Don't buy from them!

Never ever order a pizza from this place. When ordering the pizza, I was told that it will be delivered in 30 minutes. After waiting an hour, I called the shop and was told the driver has left three minutes ago. After a further 20 minutes of not receiving the delivery, I called the shop again to enquire about the status and tell them that we haven’t received our pizza delivery. To which I got a very rude response by the chef to state that the driver has just left!!!!!! On top of it, he said ‘I am not in control of the delivery I just cook pizzas in a very abrupt manner and said you can cancel it if you wish’. Extremely disappointed by the behaviour.

Delicious tasty good value for money. Open late. Good collection deals. Much cheaper to order direct and pick up.

Its been a while since I've had a Capriccio's and the reviews on here made me second think about trying it again. I decided to try them anyway and felt it would only be fair to post the amazing Pizza I collected. It's delicately thin and delicious... just a heads up though, if you are hungry you could probably do a 16" by yourself. (I ordered an "XL Ferrari Pizza")

Very decent wood fired pizzas. Thin base with tasty and plentiful toppings. Delivery came on time and the team cleaned out both XL pizzas. 2 x 16” for £21 is a good deal also.
