Casa Bucovineana in Harrow

My first time going to a Romanian restaurant and trying out Romanian food, but it was something I wanted to try and also because my GF (who is Romanian by the way) was really craving food that reminded her of home. Honestly, after the first bite of the Mici & Chips (Meat & Chips) I was sold 🤤 She ordered Sarmale CuMamaliga Si Smantana (Cabbage Rolls with Polenta and Cream) which doesn’t sound like anything special but trust me it was, the cabbage is filled with a minced meat and it just has so much flavour! But the star of the show was the dessert. Now this is my GF’s all time fave dessert so there was a lot of pressure but when the Papanasi Cu Gem (Cheese Dessert with Jam) arrived and she tried it, her face lit up and after I tried it I could see why - It was incredible! Its like a fried cheese doughnut with cream and jam on top and it was unbelievable. The service was also great and they were all very kind and attentive. If you want some great Romanian food in Edgware then look no further 🙌🏽

(Translated by Google) I don't understand this restaurant ... no phone number, you order food and after 40 minutes you receive a message from Uber that the order has been canceled ... it's hard to believe something like that in London ... a mobile phone number and the closed one ... asta da restaurant..bussines bussines 🙄🙄🙄🙄🙄(Original)Nu inteleg acest restaurant...nici un numar de telefon, comanzi mancare si dupa 40min primesti mesaj da la Uber ca sa cancelat orderul.. greu de crezut asa ceva in Londra...un nr te telefon mobile si acela inchis...asta da restaurant..bussines bussines 🙄🙄🙄🙄🙄
