Chicken Cottage in Harrow

Not impressed the prices now are high for 1 meal common can't be charging silly amounts especially for old and regular customers.

Shocking service, waited 50 minutes to get home to find I had been given one cold meal. Shop was busy granted but everyone came and went with their orders and I was left waiting despite asking the lady serving on several occasions how long it was going to be. Won't be going back

Absolutely poor, waited 15 minutes for burger meal and wings, when I eventually got it was cold!! Put lot in the bin, AVOID AT ALL COST!

Cold and disgusting. Avoid this Chicken Cottage. The one in Rayners Lane is 100x better. This place should get closed down, it is letting down the Chicken Cottage franchise.

Extremely very goooooood. The fries is very tasty, the filled is delicious and the customer service is excellent!!!Don't trust those guys who said it was bad!

Very slow in serving, staff doesn't communicate or smiles. When ordering they are in your way of your choices. When I want to order I want to order whatever I want if I want an extra drink then I can have an extra drink right?.

Ordered food off of Uber eats, it came under cooked as the meat as pink

The best Chicken Cottage I have ever eaten from. Polite staff, serve with a smile and deliver a much tastier burger than most !

I went there late on Saturday night, there was only one other customer in the shop. First the guy took ages to prepare my order, then forgot to include one of the burgers in my order.It really isn't that hard.

Never ever they read the notes!!!This is the 5th time I’m paying for peri peri extra for the fries and they don’t bother adding it!!What a shame I’m a Regular customer but today is the last time I ever order from here!Also the sauce I paid for is all over the bag!What a shame
