We ordered through Deliveroo and expected delivery was upto 40mins. The Deliveroo rider had been waiting for order. After an hour of placing order we called the restaurant and they said another 20mins or more but no guarantee as they hadnt even started preparing our order. Their excuse was that they can't control delivery times for orders placed through Deliveroo. How were we supposed to know that?But surely the restaurant could have called us that they would not be able to deliver on time.Very disappointed especially as the restaurant were not even apologetic for the delay and we then had to cancel order via the deliveroo app.Poor customer services.

I don’t eat meat, fish and eggs. I ordered a pad Thai noodles with vegetables without eggs. I can’t believe they served me egg noodles instead of rice. The woman who took my order was rude too. Never going back to this restaurant.

Ate here with some friends a few weeks ago. The sizzling chicken dish was too spicy to eat. My friend removed all the chicken from her green curry dish. The chicken had a soft texture and she was unable to eat it. I had a squid dish, the vegetables had a nice flavour and the sauce was good but the squid had no taste. We complained to the waitress but she offered no explanation or solution. She did tell another member of staff. Disappointing.

We tried it once food seemed to be heavily influenced by Gujarati cuisine as the dishes were too sweet to our liking. Unless I don’t know much about Thai food. Sorry 😕

Good food. Good staff. Overall great experience. I will definitely recommend it. Check the lucnh time offers they have.

Whilst the food is reputed to be good, I was disappointed with the service today, New Year's Eve.I called ahead at lunchtime to make sure they were open for evening delivery orders. Note, there is no nearby street parking.I then placed an order at 6pm and specified delivery at 7.20pm -giving them sufficient time. The food arrived at 9.30pm....over 2 hours late. There was no goodwill gesture to remedy other than a future offer of a discount of 10%......that's presumptuous. My family and guests were so hungry, we just wolved down the food.

two days ago was our first time in this restaurant. But It is surely not the last. We enjoyed the evening a lot with the attentive service, with the fine cooking and fine drinks and with the comfortable charge. We will absolutely return there again.

Lovely little authentic spot, food was delicious and staff are accommodating. My Tom Yum Soup was amazing thank you!

The coconut chicken soup and Tom yum khung were fantastic, so do the appetisers. The pineapple fry rice and pad Thai were as traditional as the restaurants Thailand.The staffs were super nice and proactive, say they found us ate off the bread for the duck roll, they refilled for us immediately

Is well know as the best secret in the town when is about thai food. Is the only place where i go to eat thai food for more than 7 years. Fantastic food and very, very nice people who own the business.
