Curry Muhal in Harrow

I went to this restaurant with my family for dinner. Food was tasty but the service was very slow . Customer service wasn’t great. I found the staffs very unfriendly and have to keep asking them 4/5 times for the same thing . When I asked for tap water , they didn’t bother to bring any glasses . Upon asking for glasses with few staffs , one of them told us to drink in wine glass while there was wine in our glasses . I felt like they are not capable to do sit down dinner service . The staff needs training in customer service.

I have been here many times. The service is, without exception, good and the staff very attentive. Great food which is also good value for money.

Not sure how this was voted the best curry restaurant and people who live in Harrow recommend it. I tried it for the first time and grabbed a take away when I was in the area. The food is mediocre at best bland and with small portion, they don't even full up the containers the give you and the naan look like the have been bought in tesco and reheated and very small not fresh. Won't be going back. In Harrow the best place I have tried so far is balti hut and best overall is Lahore spice in Kingsbury.

I asked them to made it spicy but this is what they do.. it’s really shame the food was not at all up to the mark and when I called them they said you placed the order for pick-up from Uber you contact them I am never ordering from this restaurant ever again

I like their curry is not too spicy so you can enjoy the flavor of the food. Really like the onion bhajis and garlic naan. Lamb chop is good too.The only thing is the main dish is about the similar size of the side dish, and twice the price. May need to work on justifying that.

It's a real shame had to only give this a 2 star, don't get me wrong food was Good, tasty and served hot. However the service received was somewhat to be desired. The staff should take up a customer care course in how to speak and serve your paying customers. If the barman went any slower he would over take himself. The menus were thrown on the table and not handed to us and took nearly half an hour to get drinks and then another 20 mins to get a jug of water for the table.So maybe they shouldn't run a sit down business maybe just do takeaway as good food but standard of service absolutely shocking.

An elegant, warm, friendly restaurant and the best meal I've had in 2020. Lovely for a date, and reasonable prices. Highly recommend!

Went first time last night. We had chillli paneer and kingprawn butterfly as a starters then main menu mixed tandori and chicken tandori served with pilau rice all were delicious, service was good and staffs were friendly. Price reasonably £ not ££ nor £££. Defo coming back.
