Domino's Pizza in Harrow

The worst Domino's outlet and service ever.. We ordered pizza at 8.30 pm and the pizza was delivered at 10.45 pm.. When we tried calling to cancel the order there was no answer.. Ridiculous

Ordered online & picked up in store it was quick and fast with no issues. Food was great as well.

Went to order some pizzas yesterday evening, the woman taking orders was picking her nose thumb deep. We asked her who was preparing the pizzas, she was smiling as she carried on touching her nose and pointed at her colleague. After organising some pizzas boxes and what not, she did wash her hands I believe. But in a food place, touching your face and nose in unacceptable. You’d think the recent pandemic would make people see sense and stop such filthy habits, but even in a kitchen environment she carried on. I saw another member of staff rubbing her face. Wouldn’t come here again, the pizza was nice but I didn’t feel comfortable knowing staff there aren’t hygienic.

The pizza are made terrible and looks like it’s not fresh has come to be cold…. Such a big company like dominoes did not expect that at all very disappointing and stuff are rude

Domino's Pizza is very different from most other pizza chains - I really like the sauce. It is not too sweet but it has a good flavour to it. The service can be very hit or miss - some days are great and others are not so much, but it's ok. Domino's is better than most pizza chains in my opinion.

I would say, terrible service. I brought buy 1 get one free pizza yesterday and as per the liflet it is £18.99 and they charge me £19.99. and when I went there to take £1.00 refund, they said it is £19.99 in our system but the liflet is still showing still £18.99. Pathetic services. Over and above this the pizza quality was lower than local pizza shop. I think they don't take customer seriously.

Never order from the harrow branch!!!Honestly they don't even deserve 1 star. The branch manager, Bhruti, was so rude, hung up on me just because she didn't want to deal with my order. She didn't want to answer any of my queries even though my I had ordered over 45 minutes before deciding to call, she said she hadn't even received my order yet I had an email confirmation & money had come out of my account. She didn't want to help whatsoever and instead repeatedly said the app will react itself and I'll get an automatic refund in 4-5 working days?! I called customer service and they helped big time - told me the shop was having system errors but even despite that they called the shop to give them my order before I even called the shop myself, so Bhruti lied instead and didn't want to make my order evidently. Customer service called them and they've been having issues with the employees at the branch too. After customer service called them a few times they finally made my order after 2 hours and even then the branch called to say my order was outside my door but it didn't show up for another 30minutes.Ps. all this stress for a meal for one.Conclusion of this, domino's as a brand is great but whoever own's the franchise of Harrow clearly have no clue how to hire people with customer service.

We ordered two large pizza's on 26th Sept 2020.It took them 1hour to deliver the pizza when we live literally 10mins away.When it came the pizza's were cold and tasted horrible. Half of the pizza didn't have proper toppings on them also and crust was so hard that looked burnt. It was a really terrible dominos experience.Also the delivery guy was standing right in front of door without a mask..

One of the worst pizza I have ever received. Firstly, I tried to place order for delivery on phone. There was a lady on call at 9:45pm on 17th November 2020. When I placed the order I told her my card number and rest details. I don’t know what was the problem with her? She was just behaving as if she is deaf that she couldn’t hear and as if she doesn’t understand English . So then she asked me to place order online only! And she was extremely arrogant! Secondly, I received a cold food. And the toppings were very less, no cheese ... and when I tried to explain this on call, the lady was rude! Argued that we serve this type of pizza only! I mean seriously???? When I asked to talk with manager, she said there’s no manager. How do you handle a store without store manager? Kindly look after your team.

Horrible, £15 to the bin, literally the worst pizza ever. I asked for extra cheese and I have zero idea on how that extra cheese became in no cheese at all, literally, its impossible to fall of (there isn't big chunks of cheese to explain the missing parts too) looks like someone puked it. I don't know what they did to it and who was watching/supervising the one that made that pizza. But this is defo the worst domino's pizza shop.
