I ordered from here for many years and I've never had an issue. Food is usually great and hot. Drivers are always polite

Ordered pizza for delivery 2 hours ago. Called to find out why there is a delay. Told that they don’t have a driver and asked as to pick it up from there. Still waiting for the delivery. Very poor service. Please don’t order from this shop

Always used collection here as deliveries have poor reviews. Always been super quick, no issues. Toppings are a little less compared to other Domino's nearby (Ruislip Manor) which is why I gave 4 stars over 5.

Me and my family have been having pizzas from them over a 4 years now and their pizzas are really tasty. So far haven't had any problems.

So far a very well responsive and professional team. Not just on delivering, but also quality control.No mishaps and or inconvenience whatsoever. Keep up the good work guys!

Hot pizzas, fast delivery but very scanty toppings, dough and ketchup mostly. Will still order from them when they have good offers being them the nearest!

Guys be careful about this dominos franchise (Rayners Lane) , run by bunch of crooks. I ordered 2 pizzas and sides online and was promised delivery within 30 minutes. I received a call after 20 minutes saying there is no drivers for next 90 minutes to deliver the food. I explained to sheed that I and my son both are covid positive and are asked to self isolate and its already 8pm and my son is only 8 years old. He was totally arrogant and kept saying you can come to pick the pizzas. I asked for the refund which he wasn't ready to process. I explained i can't wait for another 90 minutes for the pizzas and want my refund of £35. He said he can't help and hanged up. When I called back some other guy picked up the call and said I need to provide a reference number to get a refund. Explained to him I never received any reference number. He was again the same and hanged up. I had no alternative left and ordered from pizza hut. After 10 minutes I got a call from area manager as he claimed osman that he can deliver the food in next 15 minutes. I told him for past 1 hour I am waiting for the food and I was told it can't be delivered and now i already ordered from pizza hut and want a refund. He was very rude and said he would process a refund , when earlier they claimed that they can't refund unless I provide them the reference number. I would request dominos customer service to investigate and compensate me appropriately. This is not what I expected from a world wide chain of pizzas.Would wait for the reply.

I am a new student, and I wanted to collect a pizza for a university student discount. Instead of helping me, they asked me to buy standard pizza from their shop. Extremely disappointed with the service and staff. They were rude and not helpful at all. Custom support is ZERO! Please advise them to help their customers! I will never revisit Dominos shops.

Same like all other dominos but they always have no stock of red special peppers in my italian pizza. However if you like dominos please do click and collect which will save you half the price for example any Large pizza if u buy one more similar pizza is free offer is only available for collection not on delivery. I always think Dominos should consider for more vegeterain and seafood option to cater everyone

Everything went well. App was great to use,(fun to see how things were moving through the stages on the app - the kids enjoyed that :) ), good price, prompt delivery. Delivery person was good with social distancing and very helpful and kind.Most importantly - The pizza was great and tasty! :)Thank you for a wonderful experience
