Fancy Chicken 'N' Pizza in Harrow

Very bad behaviour of the staff below the belt don’t know how to talk with the customer we are not coming here for free food we are paying and am so hurt it not happened one time this the third time am facing this problem 👎

Please dont eat here unless you are dying of hunger1st served me a strip burger with just chicken and bread.2nd the bun was tougher than a hockey puck could definitely knock a person out

Horrible chicken wings. No meat on it just the left over end part of the chicken wing they give you it. So mean and rude staff. My seven year old wanted hand sanitizer. They said we cant give it to you. All shops provide hand sanitizer to their customers.

Poor service. Missing meal in my order. Long waiting time to get the order done. Never come back again.

Been going to this place for almost 17 Years, local lad. Great tasting chicken. Spicy fillet burger is my go to.Good service.

Terrible food that gives painful stomach aches and even worse customer service.If you complain you will be either hung up on (if you are lucky) or have you and your family cursed at.Only thing which is positive is fast delivery but also be prepared for a fast and painful exit, if you catch my drift.

I used to go this restaurant more than one year but today they make me write review .Very poor customer service which make you feel very embarrassed. Person in picture below which I tag is worse of all. I never encountered anybody like this person in any shop in my life. He was talking with every customer very badly. If I can give negative rating I will give -5 star but they are lucky that Google make me to give 1 Star minimum. Uneducated and mannerless

Only use if you're desperate, watch your back in this place the customer service experience I encountered was dreadful and the cleanliness of the shop was below par considering 3 members of staff out back. I spent nearly £10 on peri peri chicken and after I asked for basic sauces like mayonnaise or ketchup misery guts quoted me 30p. He tried calling me back but it was too late I was out the door. There's plenty of other places that will appreciate my custom , I'm not willing to argue with misery guts over basic ketchup or a little mayonnaise, joke thing is I paid by card he knew I didn't have cash as I told him, the man is a joker.
