Farmhouse Pizza in Harrow

If I could give subzero stars I would. I ordered through just eat and their "buy 1 get one free" offer is a scam. They charge you extra if you want that offer and I have recording of them giving the worst customer service ever. They literally said over the phone that its buy one get 1 half price and not 1 for free. Absolutely shocked with this level of robbery.

Oh wow it was a great day. I've got one free pizza. U know why okay let me tell u. We ordered 1 pizza with 18", After that We were waiting for the pizza to get ready and it was ready but by mistake they it to wrong person so when we asked them about the pizza we did order. They said sorry we gave it to some by mistake the same was like u guys, and u know what happened.they told us to wait for next pizza to get ready. Once pizza got ready they gave us surprise. They gave two pizza with18" wow amazing, this is because they are so polite and friendly for the time we spent there. They did make us unhappy. They made us happy.I would say go and buy the pizza from here .So kind and friendly people are working there.Kind regards

The best Spicy Paneer Pizza in London! Our usual favourite was veggie volcano from dominoes. But since we tried this pizza, I have never been to dominoes for last 2 years! Always fresh, tasty and very good customer service. Try the thin base which are much better.

Best Pizza place ever. Every time I’m in the area this is my go to pizza place. Delivery always on time, food is always hot and tasty. Never had any problems here, customer service is always brilliant. Shout out to Bilal for your friendly service.

Last and third quality serviceEven after taking orders they say that the pizza is already delivered and then they say that we didn’t receive any order!!!???Bloody people working there and worse to worse service apart from it they say different prices of same thing in the period of one hour.They are in confusion and they don’t know the price pf pizza….because both the colleagues say different price for one pizza how it could be possible!!?

We order Pizza 2 hours before and pizza hasn’t arrived. We phoned them 2 to 3 times and they tell you lies after lies. They said it will be in 15min. My house and pizza place 10 minutes away. It’s said 20 min.and then another 10 mins. Guy was on bike to deliver. There was no traffic, but they lies so much. We will never order from this place again. 2 hours to arrive pizza where only takes 10 minutes to deliver. I would not even give one star for this service. Very disappointed.

No good staff, bilal is really rude to behave.I purchase 4 pizza on day 6 january 2021 with cost 39 pound.I touch 1 card and bilal say not working , i tape another card .After that both bank show to deduct money .When i come to ask for that. Bilal say its not my problem its your problem.Really disappointed with this answerNot to recommendent shop with card payment.Staff is not taking any responsiblity for bank problem.If bilal is not wrong then why he offer me to 20pound free pizza.Because after giving 20free credit, still he Have 20pound benefit.

I am regular customer of Farmhouse pizza and I order 3-4 times in a week from the place. Everytime I asked for a specific sauce. They forget and say we are sorry, we are sorry. In addition, they have increased the price but staff management is worst. Today's the last time I am ordering pizza from this place

Service was really good and it was really quick. Loved the pizza ❤️All things where good but when asked for tissue they gave blue roll.

If you want hairs in your pizza, this is the place to go! Shame there is no 0 rating. The staff said they don't have a refund policy when I returned the pizza which had hair in it. I said it had about 3 hairs, they pointed out there was only 1. Seriously this place is a joke.
