Awful customer service. I called up and told the man I have a nut allergy, so I asked him a questions. He said he was too busy and cut the call on me. Disgusting manners.

Not so great quality of food.Need to improve on quality.Chef was really polite and nice to interact with him.Offered few extra sauce too.food quantity is good but need to improve on quality.

Always on time sometimes even early it is freshly made very tasty and staff are very kind.

Pathetic service and delivery. Ordered food this afternoon which came late at 2.13pm rather than the initial given time of 1.55pm.The two curries ordered,butter chicken and kadai lamb were all spilt in the bag with boxes all squashed up and on the other items and paratha and naans. The portion sizes were so small and cost steep.I called up immediately the restaurant but they were extremely rude.Instead of apologising and offering to send the food again or some compensation they told us to complain and they were not bothered if I did I find this extremely shocking.In this day and age when restaurants are closing day and day out and here one is not bothered about their customers. It was the first time I had ordered from here and have also told my son and friends not to ever order from here.Approximately £50 worth order was just wasted and we have to order food again from another restaurant. Never order from Punjab grill.Pathetic service and food.

Tricked menu....for example chicken wings show in menu £7.50..Not mentioned about how pieces...I order that I get only 5 for £7.50...So recheck menu... Taste also not good consider other restaurants

Ordered a home delivery, wasn't impressed. Ordered veggie samosas, tarka dal, aloo gobi and Nihari lamb and chilli garlic nan. We weren't too impressed, two samosas for 1.95 pound were bite size, couldn't imagine any one making this size for this price, tarka dal was good, aloo gobi tasted sweet, Nihari lamb was on the bone, just acceptable. Chilli and garlic naan was rubbery. Will not order again. Salad which was included for free I think was at least a day old. Why not throw it away if it's not fresh. Will definitely not order again from this place

I have re ordered at Punjab grill several times.Some previous restaurants have been disappointing when ordering a take away.But Punjab grill has always delivered good food and friendly service.The food is not oily and very fresh ingredients.I have no worries about recommending Punjab grill.

Delivered half an hour late - no apology. It's just not worth using these people. They are too random.

Am surprised with the food quality. The portions are small, crammed into a small box. There's a distinct lack of flavour - bland, a bit stodgy and an odd aftertaste.To be honest, have had better curries as ready-meals. Really disappointing given the price.Couldn't finish the meal despite it being small. Would definitely try elsewhere next time.

I have ordered from Punjab grill almost every week since April and I am a big fan of the food. The chicken tandoori, seekh kabab and the lamb dishes are my favourites. I just love the food from here. Go ahead and try the food. You can order it from just eat. :) Glad I found this place.
