Only sat outside enjoying and lovely cup of tea so can't comment on the rooms. That being said, it's a wonderful setting and the staff were excellent.

We have had the most incredible time staying here as from the moment we stepped into reception we were treated with kindness and great service by junior who upgraded us following us getting engaged earlier that day. We next stepped into the bar, an open room with a lovely barman that couldn't do enough to help me choose a wine I would like, going above and beyond letting me try them. Our room was beautiful looking out on the gardens and there was even a table and chairs to sit outside but it was a bit cold. My fiance and I had a bath in the evening and there were jets in the bath that made the experience that much more relaxing and special. The next day when we went for breakfast we were greeted by Debbie who, again, couldn't do enough for us to make our experience of breakfast comfortable and easy. The food selection was great and the cooked breakfast by chef William was delicious- hot and well seasoned.Overall the hotel is clean and spacious with great grounds- maybe we will be back for our wedding :)

To be clear this review is for the afternoon tea. We did not stay here. We booked afternoon tea few weeks prior and placed a deposit. However by the actual day the prices had gone up by 6£ per person (just because it was mothers day weekend) They did not mention this to us on the day. I find this very unprofessional, after i brought this to their attention, they mentioned the price changed a few days prior and it was on the website, but who would keep checking the prices after booking? The actual afternoon tea was very average and the high chai was below average. I guess you were just paying for the venue. We had to take our left overs in a brown paper bag so by the time we got home they had all squished together. Staff serving were very polite and professional. Wouldn't come back for afternoon tea.

We had our wedding reception here. I cannot speak highly enough of the incredible service we received. Debbie and Richard (in fact all the staff) couldnt do enough for us and made sure everything went smoothly and our guests were well looked after. We were made so welcome with chilled Champaign on arrival. The food was delicious and beautifully presented by Chef William .The suite we stayed in was just gorgeous and full of chacter. The whole house and gardens are wonderful and unique. Thank you so much for a memorable and BEAUTIFUL day.

My family and I visited on Sunday for High Chai afternoon tea for my MIL's birthday. The food was absolutely delicious and well presented! Thank you to Chef William for his hard work and efforts. I would sincerely like to recognise and thank our hosts Debbie, Chloe, Ceri & Chanaka. They were all friendly, professional extremely hard working and provided exceptional customer service. They made sure we had everything we required and requests for top of tea and food was efficiently done. It was a pleasure to have dined here and we will definitely be visiting again. Thank you!#pink nails- @Debbie- loved your pink nails!

Went for a Christmas day meal which was superb. The dining room had been appropriately decorated and the staff were both attentive and efficient. The wine selection was good and other drinks to were available. The gents however though clean was perhaps in need of a revamp as it was somewhat datedThere was level access for those less mobile and a car park with plenty of space between bays

This is a hotel in Harrow but has a beautiful setting with alot of greenery around. Apart from the fact that it is a hotel it also hosts weddings and other functions. The restaurant and bar is open for anyone to visit they also do a high tea and dinner. We visited for a Christmas meal which was delicious there were a variety of choices and they were very accommodating as far as the veg food was concerned. Service was good and the staff were very polite. Lots of free parking.

We had a family lunch with 20 guests to celebrate or 25 wedding anniversary. The whole event was well organised from start to finish. Staff were friendly and professional and the food delicious. We would recommend for any occasion.
