Heriot Cakes in Harrow

Proceeded to order a cake from the website to be picked up locally. Had to take off work just to make it in time to pick the cake up. We arrive and it turns out that there is no cake for our celebration that we planned for a month due to a delivery issue. Fortunately, the staff in the local patisserie was very kind and helpful. She managed to give us a cake with the inscription we needed on the spot. That was much appreciated. Other than that, the cake was average and the service from the main company could use some improvement.

Very limited version cake without jam and definitely best delicious cake ever. 3 Branch in entire greater London and we visit the one in lakeside shopping centre. Excellent customer service and lovely seating area look like a show room . Order 2 birthday cake and we just had rainbow cake which just amazing and so testy .Highly recommended for jam free cake lover like us 😋

Worst customer service ever. Wrong date on wedding cake topper. Our wedding was 09/04/2022.We spent a large amount of money on our wedding cake and have not even received an apology. They also failed to get back to my email.Very disappointed and would not recommend this company for wedding cakes.

I have ordered stickered theme based cake for my kids birthday and they have prepared completely different coloured cake with no sticker. How can a brand or their employees will be such irresponsible and the cherry on the top was, they didn’t accept the mistake done. Though they prepared another one in no time while they were arguing with me however the response received from the customer service team of refunding/credit note under such situation is something defines how empathetic they are towards customers. I really expect a better service from such brand.

Ordered a cookies and cream cake from Heriots and it’s the best one I’ve ever had. The taste was absolutely delicious and our guests were intrigued with where we purchased it from. Thank you for the amazing cake!

Well. This cake is 31pounds. They use really cheap sponge cake inside and cream outside is hard. As you can see fruit on the top is not fresh.Staffs were really rude and careless. Well i am not going to visit this cake shop anymore.

Ordered a fish and dinasor cake for my sons and daughter birthday party. Great service and quick delivery. All the guest said the cake tasted amazing! My daughter was also very happy and would order again in the future. Thank you so much for your quick and best service 🙏

Deliciously decadent rich and moist cakes with beautiful designs, really reliable bakery. Their macarons are yum too!

I ordered the Pistachio and Rose cake for a 40th birthday and all I can say is it was out of this world... a truly beautiful, elegant cake. Everyone was praising it. A wonderful patisserie with really nice flavour combinations. I have also tried the pistachio slice and black forest gateau slice which were equally as good. I would highly recommend Heriots for any celebration.

Fantastic cakes! We ordered a heart shaped strawberry cream cake for our daughter’s birthday - it looked stunning and tasted delicious. Great customer service too, and we were able to customise the cake to our preferences at no extra cost. Highly recommend.The 16 inch size is also great value and enough to feed at least 60 people.
