The staff at Ho’s Cottage was friendly and answered my queries promptly. My order got prepared quickly regardless how busy at the time on that bank holiday. The Singapore noodle’s, friend rice and the beef in black bean sauce was fantastic & they even added prawn crackers !Keep it up guys 👌

I have been using them for many months and honestly? I have never been disappointed with the quality of the food or the portion served. sometimes you have to wait a long time for an order but it's worth it 🤗 highly recommends

Plenty of attitude along with the ginger. Not great tasting at all. Seema like the food is reheated .... There's a microwave or two in this kitchen. Did NOT see the value for my money here. Very disappointed.

Rude owners the lady talks to you like a C***. no respect I know I wont go back there again. Shops also a Dump

Only just started eating here despite living locally for the last 31 years.Easily my favourite ChineseOnly issue is delivery times but that's because everyone knows about this place and they are always busy

Very lovely Chinese place- both food and service wise 😁 it's now my regular take away. The food is always tasty, tastes fresh and is full of all the right flavours 😍 they have lots of great vegetarian options! I highly recommend to check it out

I ordered sweet and sour chicken with egg fried rice, it was fairly priced - food tasted good too. However, they do not accept card payment for under £10 and the nearest cashpoint was across the road, had to pass 2/3 crossings. I almost forgot, NO TAKE AWAY CUTLERY, which is a bit frustrating when you're eating on the go.

This takeaway has good points and one very bad point.Good- food is usually hot when delivered- good size portionsBad- delivery takes a long time when ordering direct from them or their website.Ordered a celebration meal for Mother’s Day, placed order online at 6pm - expected delivery at 7:01pm.Order ignored in favour of Just Eat orders and it took 2 phone calls to get it finally delivered just after 8pm.Very disappointed that no effort was made to contact us to update on the delay, or apologise.

I Get delivery from then on a semi regular basis..I order using there Web site so I can get point and although there website says 45 mins you always get an email saying it will be 60 mins.So today I ordered just before 6pm knowing food would be around 7pmAt 7:15 I had to call to get an ETA I was told it would be another 20-30mins, and it was super clear they hadn't even started my order.. Nor had they even emailed to tell me about the delay.Didn't really get an Appoligese just a we are very busy.So I wait it's now 8pm.. 2 hours after I placed the order.. 45 mins after I was told 20-30 MinsI get its mothering Sunday and they are busy. And I want to be understanding, but I'm annoyed as no ones reached out (Via Email) and it was clear at 7:15 they hadn't even started my orderFirst off there weren't going to give me anything, then after a couple of twos and for with the I'm told I can get a free main on my next phone order. 1)i don't phone in and 2) why do they think I will be ordering from them again any time soon. I ask for a refund on my card. Get told that can't happenAnother conversation and told they will refund £5.00 back to my card.. Which just makes me mad... Most of there mains are over £6.00 so they have now offered me less of a refund.. I've had enough at this point and ask for a min of £10.00 refund (to my card)This time the manger comes on the phone. I explain the whold thing again.. Ordered at 6pm called at 7:15 it's now 8pm and still no delivery. It was clear at 7:15 you hadn't even started my order, and I hadn't received any emails about delays... If I had ordered via Just eat I would have received delivery within 50 mins.. Finally they agree to refund £10.00So whilst the food here is good, the delivery time here is just stupid. Its bad enough at 60 mins.. But it took over 2hrs and 15 mins to get my food tonight. And it wasn't even that hot.Definitely time to find a new place.. Here's just hoping they honour the agreed refund...My advise. If you want to order form her.. Pay a bit more and order via Just eat to ensure you get delivery within 50mins.
